Lekin iss video me mujhe bich bich me interruption feel hua jab aap bol rahe the "1 se 16 tak count kare" again n again ... Iss video me apki voice thodi fast lagi compare to " 7 min guided meditation" ... Maine bas 1 feedback diya ... But don't think ki main kami nikal raha hu. You are doing great job ....
