With rice, the best option is to mix one tablespoon with yogurt or soup and have it before meal. Or you can add tea spoon each to gravy and dry vegetable side dish. When not possible you can mix one tablespoon of Jackfruit365 flour with yogurt, buttermilk or soup and have it before meal to reduce hunger and meal portion size. We do not recommend consuming raw or mixing with milk/water as it may not taste good enough for daily consumption.
