The fact that you can’t use it for apps like prime video Netflix or Now tv, that I have in my PS5 is really a let down. The screen is awesome and pretty big for a portable device. It would have been perfect
I've had it pre-ordered from sony....I should've returned it but kept hoping for a firmware update. I thought since it was a dedicated streaming device for PS by PS, it would be better than the app on a tablet. Well, it's not. I am severely disappointed. The buds are another disappointment. When connecting the dongle to the PS5, there is CONSTANT disconnects and sound crackles. I tried using a usb a to c adapter and it works flawlessly, but why should I have to do that? Why not make the dongle a USB-C connection from factory? Makes me think twice about getting a PS5 Pro.
