This NPP deputy Minister has no shame. Does he understand conflict of interest?! Does he understand Insider trading?!. If those state lands and properties are sold to state enterprises like SIC or SSNIT for them to develop them wouldn't it be preferable?! That way SSNIT can generate profit to pay pensioers. Instead of adding more state assets for posterity you are depleting them and then he shamelessly has the effrontery to say it's not crime to buy state assets.
