Word of advice: get limitless before malevolence. T99 prayers (+12% accuracy, damage, defense) are 2% better than T95 prayers (+10% accuracy, damage, defense). Limitless will end up being a bigger boost to your damage due to being able to use thresholds during berserk twice as often (you can get a second zerk rotation while adren pot is on cd).
Yeah for sure, without limitless barge can only be used to its full potently once every two minutes (with zerk and apot), limitless lets you do a full barge rot every time you zerk which is insane

Try to get into speed vindicta farming, fight is easy and drops are like 5-6m an hour without big drops, big drops being 38-44m each. Assuming you have full rep and 45+ kills an hour.

ED3 Trash mob farming is very easy money, and exceptional xp too. You could easily make 100m in around 20 hours.

I was literally watching your last melee gearing guide like a week ago that was posted no more than like a year ago. Even outside of runescape I think you are one of the most consistent, dedicated, and hard working youtuber I have ever seen. I wish I had a quarter of your work ethic to distribute throughout my life lol. Does the video making ever affect the progress you are making in game? Or are you so far along in the game that making the videos feels like new content? Sorry for all the questions I just really respect you and your work. Thanks for everything you do as you are my go to for RS3 and it has been a god send for someone like me who has returned after close to a decade man. Keep doing you and being a legend!
So I am studying a lot but I balance out my time quite well. Funnily enough I work on videos 2-4x more than I actually play RS. Recording footage is just part of the process.
If you're curious I probably work on RUclips about 20-40 hours a week. But I think of video ideas and potential content all day, even when studying or at (now mostly virtual) school.
Some videos come easy as I only really need to check information, record, edit and add my voice over ot it to make a proper video, thanks to playing a lot in the past 2-3 years. Time per video depends on the video and varies a lot I guess
At the time when I was playing more rs making videos kinda affected my progress because I wanted to turn everything into content hahaha
This is actually a great video, holy! I would strongly recommend Limitless together with GreaterBarge tho so you can bleed abilities into all Berserker rotations since it's alternative to Adrenaline Pot. And Also Hammer Upgrade at the end!

Focus on tier 90 weapons first
If you're big on slayer then a scythe is good
If you're more into bossing then drygores have more single target damage
Souls amulet, ring of death, masterwork armour should be your goals after upgrading to t90 weps
Aside you should get your divination up too
Main reason i follow is the intros " AND ENJOOOOOYY" love it

Worthy of note however, this is just a recommended build order more than anything. Very high end people (or those attempting to enter that zone) should go for it but if you don't play the game that way then none of the build order matters. Cinderbane and gfury are both primary unlocks if you're just a happy go slayer sort of person for example.
Next Upgrades for me are: Drygore Flanking Switch, ZGS & TMW 👍🏻 ~ Justice

T90 CHEAP ELDER RUNE SHIELD ALSO WORK THE SAME WAY AS A MALEVOLENT!
You cant augment Elder Rune, so it's much more inferior. But if you cant afford it then use Elder Rune obviously.
@@snoopdogg2912 is not that inferior tbh shield perks are kinda meh and the only one that has some use is the barricade one witch i only found useful at something like telos or raids
@@ragnarok3769 you go from a barricade that lasts 7.2 seconds to one that lasts 17.4 seconds. That's more than double for no extra adren, if that's not significant I dont know what is. At just 7.2 seconds it's a waste of 90% adren.
Even for low tier PVM you can put Bulwark to extend debilitate from 10.2 to 16.8s.
If you had experience w high end PVM youd prob know that you use these abilities a lot depending on mechanics. But if you only do low tier PVM bosses then dont buy it, but at 7M it's a small price to pay considering it will keep you alive and save death costs when bosses have hard hits.
@@snoopdogg2912 still those extra seconds of debilitate are mostly useless for me since when im finished tanking a mechanic like p3 telos nuke or ambassador magic onslaught i just equip my weapon and the effects gets cleared
For me the debilitate one is just good for tanking roles at raids the cade one has some other good uses too
The thing is they are worth it yeah but is not something that leaves the elder rune super outclassed imo
I should have mentioned it as a cheap alternative, good shout.
However u can't augment it, thats all

First of all I'd like to congratulate you on these videos, they've been making it easy to understand this game after leaving for such a long time.
I've recently come back to the game after almost 6 years and I find perking a bit confusing. You said to perk the Drygores with Precise 6 and Equilibrium 4. But on Wiki it says I can only do P6 and E2. So what you meant is P6 on the main hand and E4 on the off-hand slot? Because later on you said you could perk the Noxious Scythe with both at once, but only on 2H weapons. Thanks!
Yeah dual wield weapons are one perk per weapon.

Don't forget to start doing ports as soon as you have a level 90 in one of the required skills so you can work towards unlocking the superior vamp scrim.

*Ancient Elven ritual shard is a good item for restoring prayer

If you use a saradomin godsword on the altar in the sara boss room, it turns it into passive mode. Each attack has a chance to heal/restore.

Good video, solidifies buff weapons like ZGS / Masterwork Spear over getting t99 prayers.
Another point to add is how off hand weapons aren’t as important to get as main hand. It’s better to use drygore main hand and like elder rune+5 off hand and then get masterwork and upgrading offhand last.

All t92 weapons have skyrocketed in the last month. It's the price check discord manipulating everything. A blue p hat has gone up by 30B in the past few months....

I really love these videos, but is it possible to have a text list of what items are in each gear setup to help those who don't know items by picture? Good tips here, especially useful to me since I recently got an Ice Dye from a clue scroll and therefore have quite a bit of gold sitting in my bank. Now I have some idea what new weapons and armor to see about getting, so thanks! My current setup is full Bandos with Elite Tetsu Katanas for dual wield and Dragon Rider Lance for 2h; I think I can do better than that now.

Interesting that you're not mentioning Luck of the dwarves, it's very good for drop rate, but then again if you have it as a relic and have it unlocked I suppose it's better to use other rings, I'm working on getting my luck of the dwarves as a relic later on as i prefer Dr over another ring, but either way very good and informative video, I will have to invest more into perks, Also going for 120 Invention, invention is actually a very easy skill if you know what you're doing ^_^
Alernative playstyles haha.I play strictly for fun. elder rune +5 has served me better than malev ever has. im far from efficient but i enjoyed every grind. sure it took me 4300hrs to max. but the way ppl talk abt the game sometimes i feel bad for them. ull be fine if u dont get an extra 100k xp an hr if its something u like.

Your combat guide doesnt seem to take revo into account. I dunno if greater barge is useful when doing revo manny hybrid.
I still use revo. But I press some abilities manually, its a lot more fun

For the purpose of invention, do you recommend upgrading armor earlier to Anima core or is Bandos sufficient enough to augment. Right now I have only been training invention with an augmented Dragon Rider Lance, crystal hatchet and pickaxes of earth and song.
Food for thought: is the combination of a Khopesh of Tumeken (63m) and a Blade of Avaryss (1.7m), better DPS than dualwield drygores (50m)? It seems to me like damage would be similar, but you get the benefit of T92 accuracy on your mainhand, and still T90 accuracy on your offhand

Great guide, however you say to buy a RoD as once you have scythe and MW, deaths cost 1mill+ gp, I have this setup and deaths cost me around 350-450k with no RoD?

As a new player I'm really turned off by needing almost 10B (around $5000 in bonds or 100s of hours of my life spent grinding for gp) just to do high level pvm for 1 style. And my experience so far with the sluggish outdated tick system combat leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be putting anymore time into this game
Sorry protoxx, but my screw up is half your fault, you said if not intrested in switchs to get greater flurry, after you said to get the scythe. So i spent the little money i had on greater flurry, when all i have is mw and a scythe..... nvm, ima save for drygores now and have them as switches.
I have (75 Att) & (83 Str) I'm currently using a Saradomin Sword until I lvl my Att higher. Is there a better weapon I should be using at my current stats?

Don't worry, you'll have it eventually. It mostly depends on you as there are various methods. Personally I find the PvM route easier as it's less complicated (Just kill stuff and Pray to RNGesus).
120 slayer making use of bossable tasks nets alot of gp for little effort
99-120 slayer took about 2 months doing nothing but slayer and netted 1.6b prior to all the inflation of prices
