    Was expecting a bit more "Progression" on this other then here's the ultimate goal, I get it but still...Eh, I'll throw these here for people who aren't instantly lv90+
    ===Low===
    46 prayer for protection prayers, most bosses can be beating with these
    The best gear you can use or any Warpriest sets, the Tuska set can be obtained at nearly any level
    Oo'glog pools for lower level War's buffs
    Ava's devices if ranging for the passive ammo pickups
    Rune pouch to remove atleast 3 inventory slots of runes
    Um Tome for QOL necro
    Atleast 38 herblore to make prayer potions
    52 summoning for Terrorbird for storing extra supplies
    A shield, shieldbow, defender or any shield abilities
    Optional: smithing/mining/fletching/crafting/runecrafting to make your own gear
    Optional: unlock guthix rest, dragonfire, weapon poison and anti-poison/venom potions
    Optional: unlock dungeoneering rewards, would prioritize spirit cape, bonecrusher and scrolls
    Optional: unlock Player owned Farm for the buffs you can get from certain animals (also helps with farming grind)
    ===Mid===
    70-75 prayer for rigour(range)/piety(melee)/augury(magic)/sancity(necro) DPS prayers
    Unlock curses when you can
    At least 70 in defense and range/mage/necro for most decent armor and weapons
    67 summoning for war tortoise (supplies) and 77 for talon beast (temple trekking required), 88 for unicorn stallion (for heals)
    Fight caves for fire cape, Kiln for upgraded capes if you haven't done them yet
    Unlock Anachronia for potential buffs
    Unlock Dive ability
    Unlock War's Retreat, ideally grabbing the teleport and prayer restore unlock first
    76-83 herblore to make most super potions
    80 crafting, divination, smithing to unlock Invention
    Optional: 99 defense for the skillcape perk
    Optional: unlock Blood Fury amulet for extra healing
    Optional: complete atleast medium or hard task sets
    Optional: unlock Priff for free super potions (if you have 91+ theiving) or a general hub
    Optional: unlock ring of vigour (62 dung and attack) and/or asylum surgeon ring (85 constitution)
    Optional: unlock Player owned Ports for the free Superior gear sets (warning: will take a few months to year)

      This list is epic!

      Do you have any recommendations for bosses that newer pvmers could attempt?

    • @vettefreak5

      @@zaknafein254arch glacor is a great boss to help you learn how to deal with using defensives and reacting to changes in a fight. You can add abilities as you get comfortable with the other ones until you can do all of the abilities and you get practice with prayer switching, changing targets, single target DPS versus AOE damage, and surviving one hit KOS and all deaths are free there

    learning how to prayer flick (use keybinds) is one of the best things u can do to start off with it helps everywhere once you've unlocked soulsplit i would also suggest taking enhanced excalibur it it allows you to heal 40% of your health every 5 minutes for free.
    With the release of necro getting to the t70-t80 tank gear gives you a huge lifepoints boost and the damage reduction is nice with low defence and overloads are 100% worth getting there are cheap ways or even profitable ways to train herblore there are also a few low level familiars that are pretty useful early on such as the hellhound or bunyip for damage reduction or heals they go well with low-mid level pvm with necromancy.
    a few other things:
    - Keybind solid food + sara brews so you can press both keys so if u get yourself into a dangerous situation u can spam eat (dont panic!!) allowing you to get back on track with the kill.
    - Necromancy is very revolution friendly allowing you to practice other things such as prayer flicking and the mechanics of a boss.
    - Pick one thing to learn at a time dont try and learn everything at once you will get overwhelmed.
    THANK GOD FOR DEATH COST REDUCTION!!!

    I'm an actually new player and when I see recommendations of multiple skills to get to 90 and above and after that get information about the multitude of options and set screws to be able to finish a quest or to survive a fight, and realize where I am now after playing for just a month, I can think about only one big factor which may be able to really help new players like me: joining a clan - it's an MMO after all.
    There is so much information to parse in RS, that I believe that in-game friends may be the best solution to not get lost and overwhelmed as a very new player. I have yet to find out if there are clans willing to accept members with a level count below 1,000 or even 500, but if RS is like other MMOs, I'm sure there are clans like that around.

    I really appreciate your work on the guide, however it doesn't really have that much content in it, only general stuff. What I feel like is missing, what are actually some good bosses to start on and what comes next? What kind of gear, what kind of unlocks other than levels, e.g. relics, perks, what have you. Especially, since this is more of a beginner guide, including that for Necromancy would have been so much more helpful.
    I know this is only my take, but for example - I've had 15 year break from the game and came back for Necro. Necro introduced me to QBD, Nex, Fire Cape, Kiln cape, then came the ED(?) bosses for T90 gear which was way easier than Nex and now I'm struggling with Zuk since it's heaps more difficult than the rest combined. What I fail to understand from this game and it's end game content IS actually all the unlocks, abilities and what would be somewhat logical path of progress - Yes, RS is not "one size fits all" but if we talk of beginners progression guide, I don't see much progression in this.

    • @taron6858
      @taron6858 10 месяцев назад

      I would suggest normal mode and hardmode vindicta (weird choice i know) the normal mode version has minimal mechanics allowing you to get used to dps rotations and prayer flicking and once you feel comfortable you can go into hardmode vindicta the reason i suggest hardmode vindicta is she hits pretty hard while having minimal mechanics making it a good place to practice adding defensives into your rotation such as res/prep/deb/reflect with necromancy you dont even need to shield switch to make use of these defensives.
      And its not exactly a time waste you can still make somewhat decent money from this boss as the dragonrider lance and the crest sell for a decent amount.
      Arch glacor hardmode (you can practice a bit on nm) is probably where i would suggest going next as the mechanics are the same every kill but come in a random order this is a great place to learn how to deal with boss mechanics and the prayer flicking and use of defensives you learnt from vindicta will come in extremely handy.
      The things you learn from the above bosses will help you at every boss you go to after you learn the basics from them.
      Some other bosses that are pretty fun for a mid level player:
      - Nex
      - Normal mode kerapac
      - Araxxor (low enrage) on darkness or mid path with the minion path closed off
      - Low enrage Telos 0-300% (has alot of mechanics and timings you will have to learn but you can afford to make tons of mistakes and out eat the mechanics while you learn telos also introduces an insta kill mechanic making you learn how to deal with these preparing you for future bosses that have similar mechanics.

    It sucks man, after necromancy came out i cant just play the game anymore. What's the point in doing any boss if the only good combat style is necromancy. And on top of that its the easiest thing to gear up. As an ironman i've lost all motivation to play this game where one style is good at everything

    • @SunnyBloop
      @SunnyBloop 10 месяцев назад +3

      From what people have been saying, once the combat beta stuff rolls into live game, Necro actually isn't going to end up BiS; far from it actually.
      Magic and Range are STILL as strong as Necro is right now afaik, even without the hitcap, crit and damage range changes; the only reason people aren't using them is because, surprise surprise, the old system is terribly designed (and Jagex KNOWS this). Having 10+ abilities that are literally buttons you press when you don't have anything else to press is just boring design, and eventually that's going to change.
      in fact, Necro being how it is, is a **GOOD** thing, because it allows players to LEARN things like combat rotations, manual play, movement etc, with a kit that feels fluid and fun to use. There really isn't a better time to get into RS3 than right now, and it's just going to get better and better once the other 3 styles eventually "catch up" mechanically.

I had a little help from a clan i joined that told me what was most useful plus watching vids and wiki helped me a lot. I got lucky with treasure hunter and got 50m which paid for prayer level and used proteans for herblore. I still have a lot to do but 6 months in i have 10 99 herb prayer summoning inv arch mage range defense constitution and slayer. But i do play alot

    This games pvm mechanics are ass, they need to make food not drain adrenaline, nothing should hit me for 4k every fkin attack, the pvm is actually soo bad in this game, i aint even tryna learn anymore because its flawed af. Not worth pvming i can just skill and buy sht 😂😂😂 why bother with the bosses when theyre legitimately not made to be beaten by anyone that isnt a sweat lord

  • @nathanielnizard2163
    @nathanielnizard2163 10 месяцев назад +1

    Invention and archaeology are imba for pvm and overall requirements for pvming are very hard. Not only the stats are hard, you need lots of bosses to setup war retreat, there are big milestones in herblore passed 99 and up to 120 (elder ovs, vuln bombs, adrenaline renewals). 96 herblore and 95 prayer are things that are good everywhere from high lvl slayer to any bossing but with just that it's still meh. If you're not using necromancy, the price for buying all the important skills is also insane :). Limitless for example is expensive af and it is a big part of any boss rotation. And at equal gear and equal combat stats those little things combined change everything. If you're high lvl pvmer try going in gregorovich hm with adrenaline empty and just overload and food, strangely it becomes a 40s fight and your life makes yoyos :).

    • @bigbrisk8423
      @bigbrisk8423 9 месяцев назад +1

      Even with those stats it's not feasible for pll who just wanna play and do some bosses, they hit way too hard to be even worth trying😂😂, rasial straight up hits me for 4k in t90 gear. That shouldn't happen, he's hitting as much as I do with 10x the amount of hitpoints. The pvm makes 0 sence in this game at all its not balanced in the slightest

    • @nathanielnizard2163
      @nathanielnizard2163 9 месяцев назад

      @@bigbrisk8423 it is not a long fight but you need the whole shabang to do it reliably, get in full adren, engage properly then buildup an execute burst while handling prayer swaps and maintaining decent dmg or else everything falls apart and you can't really sustain anymore or derp hard on last phase.

      @@nathanielnizard2163 I can't even beat rasial, he does huge dps per auto attack, I only have 15k hp lol, he's hitting 4ks with his auto attacks, the pvm in this game is broken af and needs to be fixed, only a small handfull of ppl can even beat theese new bosses they're dropping
