"Falsification of Business Records" is the crime.
Yes but what I think she was eluding to was Trump being convicted on trying to influence the 2016 Election by burying the story about his cheating on Melania. He may get found guilty of falsification of business records but he mightn't get found guilty of trying to influence the Election process which is what the prosecution are really after.
