I did remember hearing a promotion for midget male And female performance on the stage Tuesdays 😮 😅 nothing but locals was in the spot and a few white girls the rent a dreads brought. I had to play up my GT 🇬🇾 brace up on a wall with ma wOman that night thinking they wouldn't know we were tourists and she was American. It worked until that girls stop by but she definitely have us a welcoming to The island.. Gratis! I stayed in iron shore not too far from the casino and airport. We also didn't like 11 days in port Antonio near Boston's.. The original jerk chicken town.. And yes they definitely do the jerk dry and different over there. You said the upstairs.. Maybe you went to a different spot than we experienced so I guess there are a few.. 👂 listen everyone if you go to ANY BRITISH CARIBBEAN spot that they call a strip club.. It's not like the untied States it's Definitely full service with rooms in the back and the girls don't do to much or no dancing in the stage.. Trini, gt, ja, Barbados..all the same 😅

yes if you stick to the known tourist areas such as Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay, Portland, Falmouth. Also if you want to go off the beaten path, do it as a tour and don't wear too much jewelry or throw your money around.
I must admit, I'm a massive lover of Jamaican music from Mento, Ska, Rock Steady, Reggae, Roots Reggae, but not Dancehall. To me it just sounds like noise and does not hit the spots a wicked Reggae tune does.
