Part whole wheat sourdough pita cooked in a skillet. Roti cooked in a skillet or on a griddle. Naan baked in a tandoor is a bit specialized, but amazing.

I love bread, love bread!! However, I had to give up because I’m diabetic and I did not like what it would do to my glucose numbers. Sure I can eat it and adjust my insulin, but it’s hard for me as my glucose levels go way out of wack. I would be forever grateful if you found a bread recipe that would keep my blood glucose levels low. I miss bread so much and most of the keto bread that you find online are disgusting!! Jake help this bread lover eat delicious breads again!!!
