I feel bad for the neighbour he is just crazy he’s not evil he’s crazy from his wife dies from a car crash, and because his daughter died by the son pushing her off the cliff. After that the neighbour put his daughter in a grave and started digging to put the grave in the ground. After that the neighbour puts the son in the basement so he won’t make any trouble, so yeah it’s sad when you put it together. (Edit: I think the neighbour is depressed and that’s why he doesn’t live with anyone and you could hear the son screaming when he shut the basement door in one of the parts when you take a peek at the window. He is not happy with your snooping that’s why he’s crazy but without his family dead I think he would be a kind guy.) (extra edit: Sorry if I spoiled the story but some of the parts are not true I forgot but this is what I remember.)
