Hello, i proceeded in the both ways but the camera keep searching to connect but doesn't bind... I reset the device several times, I tried via WIFI and also via QR code, I tried on both applications, I turned off the 5g of the router so that I only have the 2.4G active but still not bind... How can i fix this???
I'm not sure which step is causing the problem, I can only help you troubleshoot it. 1. Did the camera start successfully? If it does not start successfully, please replace the power supply. 2 After the camera is started, does it need to be reset? If prompted to connect to wifi, please reset the camera; 3. Has the phone obtained location permission and authorized it to the APP? 4. Please turn on your phone’s Bluetooth 5. WiFi password and name cannot be set with special symbols.
Hello can i connect this camera to another app. I want to have the fastforward option for watching videos recorder in the playback with x4, x8 speed, but tuya app doesnt have this option

I reset the camera and once it's restarted and says 'Please set up the network' I show it the QR code on my phone's screen and IT BEEPS to confirm it was able to read that code but then the blue light continues to flash. Tried resetting about 20 times now, tried QR code and EZ method but nothing helps. Yes, on my phone location permissions are 'Always on', Bluetooth is on, WiFi is on, no special symbols in my password. Still unable to connect.

@@KERUIOfficial I have tried on one phone and that is the only one I have. But exactly the same issue was when I tried on two different wifi routers. So I don't think another phone would solve it. But you didn't see anything I did incorrectly while trying to set it up, right?

When you set up the network for K259, can you see the intranet IP of the new device in the background of the router?
