Whatever happened was on THEM. Kudos for the the University for sending in police to nip this .

There are stakeholders the University has to answer to, so NO it is not a public or government place where they can protest. It is in the best interest of the University to nip it in the but before it gets out of hand and they start to loose donors like the other universities.
