I feel like I've committed a grave sin. I've KNOWN about this movie, but I just watched it earlier this evening for the first time EVER. And I LOVE Stansfield. Gary used to just be 'Commissioner Gorden' to me, from the Batman franchise, but after watching this movie, Stansfield is now his defining role in my eyes.

I love that charming douche of Stansfield (and I blame amazing Gary Oldman for that 💕) and I love how Malky takes care of him. Malky is the only sane man of the team, I guess, and maybe the only one Stan respects. He would have never killed an innocent child, that's for sure.
