- Опубликовано: 1 июн 2022
- Retelling of the team of FBI agents charged with investigating the Gambino family. Their focus turns to John Gotti after the murder of his boss and head of the family, Paul Castellano. Years of surveillance and information from informants finally enables the FBI to obtain recordings of Gotti talking candidly about his criminal enterprise and the murders he had ordered.
Real FBI cases are recounted through reenactments and interviews with law enforcement and forensic scientists.

No one could do gotti the way armand assante did it. Outstanding performance!
Did you make billions in a gas tax scheme defrauding the US Government?
So true
Yeah he did a great job that’s for sure, I agree with you. Do you that Armand Assante actually went to prison to visit John Gotti before filming that movie to ask him permission to play him in the movie???? So not only did he do a great job he is also had respect 🫡 ✊
@@jonathanvasquez8126 damn I did not know that. Not surprising though just cause I feel Armand is that kind of guy, and with a performance like he did, he had to meet him I feel like. So authentic
I thought Tom Sizemore as Gotti in Witness to the Mob was pretty decent in parts, especially the flamboyant side to JG but Assante was absolutely spot on in every department
They missed the biggest one. The police crime family !
I wish the FBI had an oversight committee to hold the agency responsible for their actions.
For which actions in particular? - pertaining to this situation

I wish the FBI would go after the curupt politician in the same manner, government is also an extortion racket.
govt is organized crime, not a joke. pretty obvious.
The fbi is run by corrupt politicians
yeah while watching this i was thinking the same thing.
All politicians are corrupt. Government has no morals. Is machevalian.
Someone did. His name is Edward Snowden.

Those who want respect, have to give respect.
If respect is what you desire. You must be a person worth respecting.
@@terrycollins0314then expect to get the same treatment when you fail to respect someone either. Specially if you judge someone by the way they look, old, on a wheel chair, short and or weak looking - don’t ever judge someone cause you don’t know who the heck they are.
Already the boss, Paul Castellano was once driving around the city, when some dumb young guys drove past him recklessly and made a bunch of obscene gestures to him (FU, watch out blah blah blah). Castellano got the car’s plate, a couple of days later, he had all of those mofos at his house after his men picked them up - told them the same thing I told you and let them go with a warning.

I know there was snitches or rats in the mafia, but I think the trouble started when some of them choose to sell narcotics..
I had a lawsuit against all 5 families in the 80s. Racial discrimination for not allowing Black's in the Family. Case still pending 🤔😒🤨
Thats one faction of society thankfully will never be that cucked
You lucky to be alive
Maybe that's why a black man beat the crap out of Gotti in prison

Hello Paul. Do you read romantic novels?
I love that half Hispanic, half Italian mob boss Carlos Gambino? WTF nobody did research on actual names
It must be an AI voice with clips put together, this is a well done piece nonetheless but there are several errors like that (Carlos Gambino, saying 1996 instead of 1986 etc.)
And these clowns got their bugging stories wrong. It was Quack Quack's cable box that was bugged, not his dining room. It was Castellano's dining room that was bugged. It was there that they picked up his affair with his maid.
Imagine gotti in the 2020s? He'd be on Instagram self snitchin like he was in the 80s. It's called a secret society for a reason. U don't put urself on front street like that
But him being popular didn’t get him convicted it was the tapes and Sammy snitching. I mean they let a guy who admitted to 19 murders walk and only convicted Gotti on 4 murders that’s how bad they wanted him. But they didn’t do anything new that they didn’t do to any other Boss.
They put him on front street, he don’t print newspapers. All gotti is now is a scapegoat for rats and a person to point the finger at. Rest In Peace John, you did it as a mans man. Stand up guy, stood up for his guys always and never opened his mouth for nothing and no one. If you ask me, he is cosa nostra. Nobody ever was under more scrutiny, and never faced the fbi so determined and powerful as he did. Hero of mine and always will be. Rest In Peace John.

Ya and?? Why aren't they going after big pharma🤔🤔🤔🤔 they have killed far more people innocent people
Thats usually how long a murder and racketeering case goes the more they let and watch u do the more they can bury you with once they decidee to come get you things haven't changed much
He was an insurance saleman from Scranton, PA
Interesting and informative. Excellent photography job making it easier for viewers to better understand what the orator was describing. Orator presented the documentary very well. Class A research project!!! Special thanks to law enforcement officers/informants/news media personal/and the gangsters them selves. Making this documentary more authentic and possible. Had Gotti followed Don Carlo Gambino's low profile style. He probably would have been boss for another 5 years. Before being sent to prison. Glad those 💉💉drug dealers were indicted for narcotics. The bosses knew/but ignored the truth. Just so long as the weekly narcotics arrived. 2023 it's the opposite direction. Narcotics trafficking flows freely across the southern border. Law enforcement on the west coast aren't allowed to enforce the narcotics trafficking trade laws.
Why does he keep calling Carlo Gambino “Carlos”
His real name was Carlos but he shorten it when he came to America.
This FBI guy makes me laugh 😂
