    Ingredients :
    Broken cashew 1 cup
    Sugar 1/2 cup
    Water 1/4th cup
    Milk powder 2 tb sp(optional)
    Ghee 1 tb sp
    Method:
    1.Grind and make powder of cashew using mixie. Powder it by pulsing couple of times rather than grinding continuously. Sieve it a bowl to get the fine cashew powder.
    2.Now place a kadai on stove and add sugar and water.cook till it reaches one string consistency. As soon as it reaches this consistency switch off the flame and add in cashew powder, milk powder and mix everything well. Now add 1 spoon ghee and mix again.
    3.transfer this mix to a parchment paper and press nicely as shown in video while it's still warm. It becomes very smooth. Now roll it using a rolling pin to a half inch thick sheet.
    Apply silver leaves if you wish to now itself and let it cool down before cutting.
    4.after sometime you can cut into desired shapes and enjoy delicious kaju katli.
