After losing hundreds of pounds, and undergoing reality TV’s most shocking transformation, Mama June is gaining back the weight and the pressure is on to keep it off. Following her surprising debut on “Dancing with the Stars: Juniors,” Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson embarks on her first teenage romance and a new career in showbiz while Pumpkin, Josh, and the cutest baby in the state of Georgia, Ella, are moving out of June’s house and into their own chaos - embroiled in Josh’s get-rich-quick schemes.

Agreed. June told her she needed to cut her hair because she “didn’t look good!” However, Pumpkin is a very special person, and I think she’s beautiful too, long or short hair. June has messed her kids up so much in so many ways beginning with promoting obesity when they were so young. As much of a nightmare she seems to have always been as a mother, she must have done something right because all of her kids seem to have good heart. Pumpkin over everyone else 💖. She’s a diamond. Her husband seems to be a pretty decent guy as well.

I think pumpkin's hair looks good long. And that's what June should have said even if she didn't like it.

I felt like Pumpkin was saying that when Dr. Ish came for Alana when she pretended to snort cocaine online, that she (Pumpkin) had a lot on her shoulders and it was getting really hard but they kind of just bypassed her on that... it was almost like she was crying out for help too and was unheard
Usually what happens when you always have to be the strong one. It drains the life out of you.

@@Lovelyminidonuts I can tell you from personal experience sitting exactly were pumpkin once she didn’t want to hug her because the emotional side will take over and you obviously love and miss your mom and she needs to stay in the upset place so further on down the line she’s not trapped there because the things needed to be said and having a mom like this the hug would’ve been instantly taken as I can stop here I don’t need to progress and then you’re just right back to square one and also trapped in that upset place not know what to do Because it’s very hard to stay strong and hard line when it’s someone you love so much like your mom or your child

Don't blame Geno for this, mama June is a grown woman, making her own decisions. This is a toxic pattern of *hers* that seems endless. Let's not forget her choosing the pedophile over her daughter, that he had molested at one time. There were 2 sex offenders in her past. She needs serious help, because obviously this stuff happened to her at some point, and she never properly dealt with it.

That was raped by June’s boyfriend when she was young (molested) After he was released from prison she started dating him again. To a point that he moved into the house with her and Alana and pumpkin.
The older daughter eventually cut all contact with June when she found out that her own mother was dating the man that raped her when she was young.
June doesn’t care about her daughters enough.. all she cares about is dick

"I missed all of you, and no one fuckin missed me." is what she says as a martyr, one of the FIRST things out of her mouth. And the saddest part was after their separation and seeing each other, Pumpkin couldn't even bring herself to shed a tear, not until she talked about Alana and Ella.
That young woman is STRONG, and she's come a VERY long way from who she used to be. Becoming a mother has changed her a lot, and she is a wonderful and responsible young woman. And it's just sad that she couldn't even cry... because her mother.. is THAT gone.
Stay strong, Pumpkin. You're doing your family proud.

I'm so proud of pumpkin. She's come a long way and the fact she's stepped up to take care of her sister is beyond amazing. Hope she's getting a lot of support because she deserves every bit of it plus more.
This is how my mother would act every time we went and seen her. She’s not sober here. She may be on a low dose of something, but she’s not sober. I’m proud of Pumpkin. She’s so strong and you can tell that she’s done with all the bs. I see myself in her. I was around the situation they’re going through for the first 13 years of my life. I eventually walked away for good and became the sibling that takes care of everyone. If someone has a problem, I help them out however I can. I’m proud of how Pumpkin is handling this situation and I hope the best for her and her family. Addiction is hard as hell on a family and it can destroy it.
Yeah I don’t believe she could be going from 20+ grams of drugs per day and then quite and be stone cold sober, she’s still making excuses for her behaviour too, it’s so sad.

I hope June accepts and seeks therapy and rehab which is something she should have been receiving after weightloss surgery. A drastic change like that is detrimental.

This is just heartbreaking to see June like this cause I have been watching this family since toddler & tiaras , then on to the honey boo reality show. And even just watching snippets of this show from a year ago the power of drugs is something else I tell you. But to see how strong Pumpkin is through all of this is outstanding 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I felt that when Pumpkin was talking about how it’s hard for her to see her mom when she knows that her mom used to be someone that used to get their hair done and their nails done and that reminded me a lot of my mom when she became a drug addict. This Was really emotional I hope it works out for them ❤️

The fact June immediately comes in crying and trying to get comforted by her own daughter then going on to say “ I miss you guys but no one fucking missed me” is so manipulating and disgusting
Its interesting, looking back at this, how different June's reaction is in this moment, and when she saw both of her daughters with Dr. Ish, compared to after she and Geno went to rehab and how she's acting NOW in the new season. In this moment she seems overjoyed to see Pumpkin. The tears seem real. In a later scene, she WANTED to see Ella and Alana. In the new season, she didn't even come to see her grandson being born. She didn't ask about the girls or how Pumpkin did during her second labor. She LEFT Alana at the airport ALONE so she could go be with her man. She is no longer WANTING to have her family back. Its now just ALL about her and these ugly-ass men.. Its heartbreaking, but I absolutely agree with the decision for Pumpkin and Josh to now have full, permanent custody of Alana. Alana DOES NOT need to be in June's custody.
Pumpkin is such a great sister and guardian for Alana.

My mom was like this after my dad passed and my aunt took care of me becasue she promised my dad before he passed. And I was only 19 when my dad passed. And I know exactly what they are going through.
So glad pumpkin didn’t bring Alana to see their mother like this, like look what she has done to herself, she lost all the weight and got in good shape and made herself very beautiful but then destroyed it all by resorting to drugs 🤦🏼♂️💔

Looking at June, then compared to how she looks out is remarkable! Pumpkin is by far my favorite personal reality television. She is 1000% living her authentic life, she is an amazing mother, sister and wife, she doesn’t take shit from anyone and make sure that her family is protected at all times.
I did not cry one moment June is only making excuses. She didn't want to address any issues in front of camera expressing it directly and chose to return to a man over her own children. POS.
