They’re currently in the process of heavily modding/replacing these. Apparently the exterior of the cabs has to look the same because they’re historical, but they are changing completely other than that. They’re doing one and so two of them are in service, then they will do all 3 one by one.

I used to live in WA and go to a school like 10 minutes by walk from a ferry terminal, so we'd take walking field trips to Seattle every so often. Space needle wasn't a field trip, but I went once when I was too young to properly remember

These are awesome elevators! I remember going up here in 2018. I did film the elevators, but I accidentally deleted the video where I was going up 😭

Oh yeah these are amazing! it’s unfortunate they’re getting a Compass mod soon, but at least you got to ride them before they’re modded
