Will Sanders! So nice to see a lot of clips of him playing! I had the honor of meeting him and playing for him at IHSLA last year. Not only was he a fantastic principle horn (sadly he can no longer play) but he's a great teacher and one of the nicest people in the world!
This horn melody is so gorgeous while being so simple. I was brought here by Kindrid's song "Demise" (ruclips.net/video/-VaR4RJLpWA/видео.html) which is inspired by the horns in this symphony. I definitely recommend you check it out!

Wil in his prime!!! Shame Solti didnt record it in his later years in Chicago... there are only symphonies 5,8,9,13 and 15.
