If anyone's confused on how he oneshotted the ender dragon, he exploited the dragon's knockback attack with the fact that arrows deal more damage based on velocity (including the velocity of the player it was shot from)

iirc its because end portals generate per chunk. that means, 1 of the chunks (that includes the 3 eyes on the left and 1 at the top) recognizes the portal as being full in that chunk, so it lights up there despite the other chunks (bottomleft with 1 portal, bottomright with 2 and topleft with 5) not being lit
does lining yourself up with the offset tickle spot make for more consistent oneshots? hard to tell but i think lowkey did in fact offset himself to +x -z (mostly -z). however, if your oneshot is too close to the tickle spot, don't you risk getting divide by zero error and crashing?
Game crash not because divide by 0 but more because you will reach a number very near to 0 before and this number will give an big number that the game can't handle @@_wetmath_
