Alastor messed up or got distracted and it changed her voice this way we can also get a video of Charlie getting to talk to her mom. You can even keep it that way and have a family therapy session with Lucifer, Lilith, and Charlie if you have the person who plays Adam play Lilith. Could also have an episode of just Charlie and her mom.
