Wake up babe the world just became bearable Coming from the other bad apple video, what program do you use to make these, and would you recommend it to a complete beginner? I legit wanna make stuff like this, and I was gonna ask whether you'd be down to make Rainbow Tylenol (my ringtone for like 9 years now) in discord ringtone vibe, which you're welcome to do if you'd like, but I've been trying programs a bit and they're all either paid (to be properly usable) or the equivalent of a pipebomb blueprint.
I normally use FL Studio when it comes to production (stuff like adding the instruments and writing the melodies and stuff) and I find it to be a really cool program cause I've used it for so long it allows me to work quickly and shit, but it may be a very weird program to people who usually are on the professional side of music because the way it works is very 90s and is completely different from other Music Maker programs. When it comes to stuff like Mixing and Mastering and professional stuff I use Reaper which is A LOT more flexible when it comes to that type of stuff, and more people are starting to jump onto the Reaper wagon which I find really cool. If you want to make music as a cool neat hobby then get an FL demo and try to get the hang of it, it may be a bit janky here and there but once you figure it out and get the hang of it, it becomes a super cool program to work with. Problem is, the FL Studio demo fucking sucks because it doesn't let you open previously saved project files, and it yells at you every time you use a synth or an instrument that you dont have purchased. If you feel like the FL Demo is too limiting just get a free Reaper copy (it's exactly the same as the paid one, some WinRar license type shit), it doesn't have a lot of built in stuff but the freedom to do whatever the fuck it gives you is honestly quite incredible, and is way cheaper than most professional Music Making programs out there. Reaper sounds cool, but also less beginner friendly? I'd have to get instruments and stuff by the sound of it, idk where and idk if for money, I mean I'd probably mostly try to make or find ripped instruments, like the discord sound or some other stuff I'd be curious to remix or play with the sound of. I love yaps nw, the more info the better!
