I’ve got a little lower back massager that I put on, roll on some lavender oil and I imagine I’m sitting on the end of that bed in this lovely room. I allow the anxiety to move through me, reminding myself that I’m safe, and It does the trick every time. There’s something about this room that’s so inviting and soothing and I love how cleansing the rain sounds. You can almost smell it. 💚 💙

I could listen to this forever. There's very little, if any, of this in the desert southwest where I live now. I grew up in the eastern states and miss the sound of rain and thunder. So I listen to this and it's perfect for a soothing end to the evening.

I don't know what it is about this scene in particular, I really enjoy this one. I have played it all the way through a few times now while doing work and it's so nice. It is exactly what I look for in a rain audio with some wave like sounds every once in a while.

I think this is absolutely wonderful! I love how the doors are open - and the rain and storm sounds reflect that. These sounds are different if you are listening to them through closed windows. I love how you’ve done this - you’ve nailed it! The only thing I don’t understand is the window to the far right, over the desk. The sky outside is a dark blue... why is this square a light blue? Above the couch outside, there are trees... but the sky above it is light blue? I’m not sure if I’m explaining that properly - I’m sorry if I’m not! Everything else is perfect. I love the colours, I love how the bed is unmade - it’s more inviting that way... like you just got out to go to the washroom, and you’re headed back to bed, and this is what you see. The plants inside are lovely. The five warm golden lights are wonderful! They really help to set the cozy tone! The hanging chair is perfect. I’d love to see a little side table next to it with an open book and a tea cup. It would be nice to see a few stars in the deep blue sky. These are just ideas popping into my head. It’s still perfect just the way it is. 😸🙏🏻💜

It seems that the sound of rain activates a kind of sleeping or relaxing effect. It seems to be a genetic thing I love rain maybe cause of that reason. Add: When our ancestors had rain they couldn't do much outside. The mud, wetness and cold was holding them inside their caves and huts. So rain is a good time for regeneration and sleep. At least that's my theory.
Breathe and meditate, think about life and how it is precious. Be aware of of your surroundings and feel lucky that we are here. That we are alive right now. Hear the calm chirping of the night time fireflies, weaving daintily in the night sky and the bright moon hung up like a massive light bulb. It's wonderful faint light guiding us out from a lost, confused way, clearing our stressed minds and refreshing it as if we were in a new calm, peaceful world. Think about the gentle touch and sound on the elegant keyboard, producing motivated calm music sounding beautiful and warms our hearts every second. Think about how wonderful life is.
