This is a wonderful video thank you so much. I am a parent of a 15-year-old boy who is brilliant smart and Is already determined on become an entrepreneur. He is ADHD and has always been a challenge for me to parent because of his impulsiveness and doesn’t take no for an answer attitude. I am excited to use this from now on.
Thank you for your content and guidance, I am watching lots of your videos because I only have my sister and my boyfriend to help me learn and relearn life skills. You help a lot of people and I hope you know how great you are:) ❤️❤️
This is very helpful! I can't wait to try this out: being flexible in approach, collaborating to reach the best solution, and spending 80% to reach a solution and 20% talking and analyzing problem. Also, the quotes you share with us really helps to drive the point home, at least for me. Thank you very much, Alex!
I’m not so sure I agree with this, providing solutions too often and too quickly can lead to a team that depend solely on your direction and can’t make decisions on their own.

Separate the people from the problem/Leaders solve problems: that’s actually very very true

What's the difference between collaborative supervision and non directive supervision in field of teaching. I'm still confused
I'm not sure. I'm not in the field of teaching per se. You might want to Google that to find out more.

I died today while walking in unannounced they are having a meeting without me, being the latest installation in a team sucks.
