@@haddyDrow1 Cinnabar from Houseki no Kuni/Land of the Lustrous! i choose it because it has few pieces (and is one of my favorite series) so i assume it would be easy to work with, but the transparent hair is driving me nuts! still super fun tho

@@thighgraine there are tons of blogs, videos and reddit posts about it! there are a lot of entry points depending on what you have in terms of materials and experience, but its always good to start with only soft brushes and acrylic paints on a simple model (like those little RPG figures for D&D etc) and go up from there! it takes a lot of work and time to get this good, but it only matters if you are having fun along the way!

I wish I cared about anything half as much as you cared about getting a good tights texture on this model.
