Love watching your video reviews. I purchased him several weeks ago but just put him together last weekend. The only bad thing I got was my Frank had a crazy eye that would go cross eyed and go all over the place. Thank you for mentioning the customer service email. I sent them a short video of the problem I had and hopefully hear back from them soon. I still think this is an awesome prop. I’m a big Frankenstein fan so I’m still happy with my purchase even though he’s got a “lazy eye” 😂. I can’t wait for more universal monsters. Hopefully a Bride fingers crossed. 🤞

I bought Frank, put him together a few days ago & LOVE HIM! Where I have him set up, the sun beats down on him for most of the day… do you suggest maybe spraying him with anything to help keep him from fading/damaging? I feel like I’ve heard there was stuff out there like this but I could totally be wrong! Thanks 👻

I personally wouldn’t put him out in the weather, especially in areas where it is wet and rainy.

Did anyone receive a step activate pad like the stores have or does anyone know an after market option for one?
Nope I didn’t. I bought a switch animatronic activator from spirit Halloween that works with it. It’s not something you step on but in my opinion works with the Frankenstein theme on how it looks. It cost $30.
