Can’t get it to work with the LED kit yet. Have yet to get a resolution from HD might have to get a second transformer. Not ideal… plug and play would be great but it seems there are bugs to overcome for many people.

Love watching your video reviews. I purchased him several weeks ago but just put him together last weekend. The only bad thing I got was my Frank had a crazy eye that would go cross eyed and go all over the place. Thank you for mentioning the customer service email. I sent them a short video of the problem I had and hopefully hear back from them soon. I still think this is an awesome prop. I’m a big Frankenstein fan so I’m still happy with my purchase even though he’s got a “lazy eye” 😂. I can’t wait for more universal monsters. Hopefully a Bride fingers crossed. 🤞

Great video, but I wish that someone would start doing a close-up of the wiring when they are hooking that up. I watched at least 10 videos and none of them show that. I’m having trouble with my wiring as simple as they have made it. I have one extra wire hanging down from J that has no matching wire to go to it and I have no sensor that I can find. I’d like to know where the sensor wire is supposed to come from… I read someone say that it comes from H but I can’t find it. And also wondering where this wire with the teal royal blue and white with three prongs coming out of J is supposed to hook to? I’ve emailed the manufacturer but they say in an automated text that it’s a busy time of year so they will get back as soon as possible. Trying to get some help right away.

What setting will he automatically go off all the time. Is it Timer? He’s not going off that often.

My thoughts: How the heck do you get one??? LOL! My local store had a display, didn't even get a single one in stock. To my knowledge it has never stocked online. I figured they would have had some quantity by now... but Halloween is approaching quickly!

Can you just use the head without the body & legs with lcd eyes, do you need an adapter just to switch it on?

Mine doesn't do that with cheeks

I had some trouble putting this thing together myself but with help from my gf and constantly looking back at the instructions! but trust me once it’s up it’s definitely worth the trouble !

My Costco one didn’t work either, just needs a new battery. The one it comes with doesn’t work but it was perfectly fine with a new battery 😊

Great review used my old head with some pvc as a ground breaker best part is if u angle the head just right and tilt it down iwhere u dont see his eyes completely t almost looks like he's Grinning at u ,,,,100% better than before try it you'll be surprised as before at that height and straight angle it looked cartoony

I bought Frank, put him together a few days ago & LOVE HIM! Where I have him set up, the sun beats down on him for most of the day… do you suggest maybe spraying him with anything to help keep him from fading/damaging?
