In combat, getting to the actual combat phase of a battle is often more about tactical/practical fitness than trigger pulling. The overhead carry strength is what's necessary to move radio equipped through water. The single hand and farmer's carry is carrying wounded or 25mm ammo crates. You have to do all of that over and over again, under a load, and under pressure. Can you do it? If you could, you would know what goes into "tactical".
@@The10thManRules I think he means, there's no tactical movement involved. It's a stress shoot environment but no room clearing or ambush/patrol movement and firing. Mind you, I've only watched like 3 minutes of this video so far.
