Nah I have bit so good laptop played him on pbe fps was fine. The city is low quality vs map plus it deletes everything on screen around u and replaces it with a lower quality ult and background. I tried it in pbe it was perfectly smooth.

Also I imagine getting ideas for cool looking armor is easier than getting ideas for what a crystal scorpion could look like for example
