So let me get this straight. Shelby takes a fully loaded Raptor with 37 performance package I assume. Then takes the forged wheels and tires and BF Goodrich 37’s and puts on loud mud terrain tires and their own forged wheels. Then puts in ugly ass interior over factory black interior. Then decks out with ADD chase rack and bumpers and bunch of Rigid lights. Then add intake, better intercooler and a tune with claimed 525 hp. Wipe out two years of warranty. And then charge you $127k USD for that??? Why in the hell would you do that?!? I’m getting fully loaded 2022 with 37 performance package for $110k Cdn. With my 5 year warranty…thank you very much. Anyone that orders this “Shelby”‘edition is an idiot. Be different if it had been a V8 Coyote supercharged swap and build by them or something. But this one is just stupid.
Shelby and Roush both will upfit the new supercharged Raptor R. The H.O. 3.5L is still great. But 5 star tunning can make more HP. For less money. These "Factory " trucks are mostly for people with money and no wrench skills! Easy to get an 21 150 w v8/ Whipple 3.oL off road shocks n tires @ 800HP for around 80k or save a little $$ and get pre-owned and do the work yourself 🤟
@@JoshuaJones247 better yet, screw the warranty, just buy a v8 f150 and swap the fenders with raptor fenders and buy a raptor grille, and bumpers of your choice, still cheaper than buying a new 21 or 22 raptor 😂
I’m in talks for one of these right now. The dealership I’m speaking with has 2 of these coming in next month. All I’m waiting on is to see the options/colors, picking one out and driving it home.
To bad that Shelby still approved this Chase Rack for 2021. Since tires in the bed mount to chase rack when you actually use the truck offroad it puts so much strain on chase racke with extra weight from the tires that chase rack rips from the bed.
@RTS_VOORRTTEX Let me guess, you think spending $120,000 on a plastic uber-boosted BMW makes sense in a world where Diesel = torque and electric = speed. V8s are the most aesthetic, and that's all that really matters unless you're hauling or racing.
Damn if I can waste 137k I'd just buy a 30k cummins first gen 12 valve with a manual transmission in mint condition. This is dope but for 137k it's not even a V8, not manual, and has all the dorky luxury electronics that don't make trucks feel the same as they use to. It's good though just not 137k good. Pay all this money just to get smoked by an electric pickup truck like tesla.

You could put 35 inch tires on it, but a reprogram would be necessary to match the diameter difference to the odometer/speedometer to be accurate to the correct revolutions per mile.
525HP if you actually use it this truck offroad and as everyday car its enough. I dont see TRX owners race everyone from every single green light they get.
That truck is the most goobersmooch thing I've seen in a llllong time. The only reason I looked it up is because I saw one with temptags in front of me at the ChikFilA drivethru. Two employees taking orders outside were raving about how "awesome" my very clean 18-year-old Volvo station wagon is, and asking me about the performance of the turbo 5 cylinder it has. They did complete walkarounds, admiring the perfect factory 17s with Firehawk tires, and noting how slick the paint looked (claybar & Meguiars, every month).
