@youngrippa59 What I love about the Rippaverse experience is you deliver your titles on time. I also love the care you produce with cardboards and promotions. A top class business experience.
It' very good that Rippaverse is doing a shotgun approach with a bunch of different characters, this is how the old comic book industry farmed for characters without risking the main ones
I've actually seen pages where content creators dedicate all their content to hating on Eric July and others. They literally do nothing else. Imagine having to work day in and day out to hate another man whose being successful in his own endeavors to the point where he's paying other people to help him run his business because it's doing so well..
At this point his haters may as well just accept that they're not going to damage him OR the Rippaverse. In fact not only do I have it on good authority that the fan base is growing, but more people are getting into it and giving good reviews about the books as well. I'm excited to get mine, and I'm excited to hear if you review Horseman in the near future as well. 👍
@@ben31uk Apparently yes. Thankfully Rippaverse is not like that. Haters are going to attack it, but it's not having any effect they want to believe it is and it shows.
not to mention less pages than a rippaverse book. EVS has to pad his numbers by extending his campaign into on demand and add more covers to boost the number up. He has a lot of campaigns i would not put it pass him he does this to pay for an older campaign cos he spent the money already (something i think yaboizack has done cos i am still waiting for my rambo/expendable books.
Yup. If I had to guess those 2 got blasted by taxes after spending the money. 2 mistakes people make when they suddenly get money is 1) act like it never runs out 2) the IRS immediately flags you. They are VICIOUS when it comes to the poors getting money
@@OnionSavoya Yes he has. And that's with the tremendous amounts of scrutiny these idiot people have been giving him and his products. This just shows there are more people that enjoy it than they want to believe.
@OnionSavoya No, he just wants to give something for people to enjoy. He has no intention on going mainstream. Believe it or not, he has no ulterior motive to what he's doing. And EVS is not his idol if anything Eric probably uses him as an example of what NOT to do. If anything that idol honor goes to Jim shooter.
@NoneNone-oy3sz "Shooter", 🧐 Are you threatening me for seeing the obvious parallels between EVS and Eric July(if that's even his real name). You sir are a carpetbagger and a Charlotte.
1:00 I'll say it since it got stuck in your throat. It was EVS and his lackeys, Ethan went hard into the whole Horse-Man mockery. I know you got some backstage truce with the guy now, but doesn't change his past actions, and he deserves to be called out for it.
Congrats to Chuck Dixon and Joe Bennett, this was their comic after all. I'm pleased to see Rippaverse still doing well, though I look at numbers sold rather than the total sales, as that's a better indicator of engagement. I nearly backed this one as AlphaCore is the only Rippaverse comic I've enjoyed reading, so knew it was in good hands with Chuck. But they're just too expensive to get to the UK
Because he is writing successful comics without the CONTROL of others. He can write what he wants it doesn't have to have "messaging "like the others . These people probably are jealous as well. Wouldn't you think that they would be considering that they basically have to answer to others and can't do anything successful themselves?
Yeah, Goodyng (pronounced "Gooding") didn't make as much, dollar-wise, because there were no CGC copies available for it (it probably would've sold more books too, for that matter🤔).
Goodyings writer Mike Barron association with Ethan and turning a blind eye as Ethan trashed Eric on CG Kangz in front of him, definitely hurt sales to the Goodying book.
Wow. You know I'm happy but I'm not and I mean this in a good-way. I just can't seem to get anything going; can't gather a team to even get started and the guy I do have, well I guess he rather work at a fucking grocery-store then attempt to leave some sort of legacy for his family! Sigh. Congratz to Eric.
I would buy rippa stuff but its so damned expensive. He needs to put out single issue stuff to intro people, I just cannot pull the fifty dollar trigger on a comic book I know nothing about.
@christophertaylor9100 Oh stop 🙄 this comic does not cost $50. If you're going to concern troll, at least come up with something more original AND believable than that.
Remember when you predicted that Horse Man would sell $1.5 million? I guess you were a little off. And why don't you bemoan the fact that the Rippaverse offers variant covers like you do with mainstream comics?
It was a prediction and that's it no need to get salty over it being wrong so it's not a big deal Sure he could complain about the variant covers but I see no point in doing it honestly especially when Eric only sells those variant covers when the campaign is going on. When it's over he only sells one of the covers moving forward and chooses which one will be that certain cover before the campaign begins. Maybe i am wrong and please correct me if I am but from my very limited knowledge of Marvel and DC comics they don't do that and will keep printing the variants
What is wrong with Eric having books? I do not buy them or read them but I see nothing wrong with them existing. He is not involved with the scumbags of CG.
@slavicone1355 CG types are getting blown out of the water by July and his crew...they should have joined him and the smart ones will if the opportunity presents itself. Others have burned bridges beyond repair...foolishly.
