Interesting video - but I haven't been too happy with any of the zoomed qualities - unlike the HQ feature on the M2P. Hoping for big things when something like the finished software is released in January.
Thank you for the video. Could you tell me is there a clear picture option from Smart control to live broadcast? Old smart control has that feature. I wonder new one has it or not?
One thing you missed is that the bag can also turn into a messenger bag by accessing the shoulder straps from the zippers on the left and right of the back of the bag.
I disagree with the bag, i wouldn’t put my camera gear in there without any padding. A dedicated camera bag is much better.
Zero - Although it's very well made, I think this bag is extreme overkill. DJI should have given us a smaller (and much cheaper) bag, similar to the Air 2S bag. It's too big and too heavy IMO.
Yeah! It's easier to film with the Color Display Assist on! It's one great feature of the Mavic3! Even the Air2S has that too I think!
The Mavic 3's got an incredible zoom feature! I often check out my shots at x7 and the video quality is as impressive, I can still get decent shots out of it!

Don't hold your breath. It doesn't exist in the Mavic 3 yet.

What about the live streaming on Facebook doesn't seem to have the platform
Dlog with color display assist for me on my mavic 3 changed the files on my SD card they are still .mp4 but now super small and I get a notice that they cannot be opened with quick time player I have to use MK player and then there is no export or any other way to get the footage in full HD size... I turned this feature off and selected "normal video" and my footage I recorded in that mode returned to full size... what am I doing wrong or what did I miss... :-) Thank you.
Thank you Brett! ! I was wondering if you can answer something for me…. If I shoot something with higher resolution than 4K, for example 5.1 K, and then output that in 4K, would that be higher quality than just shooting in 4K originally? I hope that makes sense.
Yeah, that’s called downsampling and it results in noticeably higher quality

I think DJI wanted to get it out before the holidays, but frustrating that we have to wait for all the firmware updates.
Why wait? Same price now or later
Plus the warranty period doesn’t start until feb 2022.... waiting is just silly

Hey is it possible to move the gimbal horizontally on its own or will you have to turn the drone?
Great video, lots of good tips. Can I get 4x on my main camera on the Pro controller dial? Right now I just get 2x on the dial. Also I want longer shutter speed on hyper lapse. I put 8 stops ND on and can't get slower than 1/15th. I want more like .5 seconds or longer for streaking car lights. Thanks,
Jack - close your aperture down to say f8 (on an M3) and/or lower your ISO.
Most of what you talk about is already known... However, the color assist in Dlog is new..
and for all us non US users...there is the biggest hidden feature called the FCC mode hack. Not the easiest thing in the world to achieve but damn worth the effort!

Only use 1x and 7x. Everything else is a digital zoom. The 2x and 4x are only cropped versions of the 1x.

icmd - NO, you can see it in this video.
How do you remove the height and any speed restrictions?
You can change the max altitude in the app. What do you mean by speed restrictions? The max legal speed is 100mph, but this drone is no where near that.

No, not for video, only for photos.
I have a question for you if you could answer it for me please. On the drone list that are under 250 grams you don't need a license for operation. If you're not using them to make money on you still need a license for ones that are over 250 g?
Under 250g you don't need a license in the United States. If they're over 250g, whatever the circumstance, you need to register your drone with the FAA. I answer a ton of questions similar to these in my Free DJI Drone Training: courses.thedronepilotpro.com/p/dji

I enjoyed the video but none of these were secrets. I knew all of them, without really looking for it, before buying the M3 Cine.
This drone is for keeps and definitely splurge worthy.
They made a huge mistake "again' with that bag. Zipper broke in first hour with that bag. Also....the backpack when tucked inside is overly bulky

Why would you mention Color Display Assist? It isn't in the Fly app for the Mavic 3 in either the iOS or Android versions. The the "secret" there is that it doesn't exist.
Grrrr. It is NOT... I repeat NOT a ZOOM CAMERA!!!! It is a 7x telephoto prime lens. There's no ZOOM camera on the Mavic 3.

Are you using beta FW I can’t get color assist.
That's because it doesn't exist. He seemed to have used the Air 2S menu. You can tell this because HLG is an option under his camera settings and it's not a Mavic 3 feature.

@@davidwalker2402 With the Air 2S, I prefer either shooting in Normal color or D-Log. HLG doesn't seem to work for me, but you can try it out.

That’s the beauty of taking away dislikes, clickbait reigns supreme. That feature is not for the M3
The best hidden secret is the 2 green circles when you fly towards to a bright light (sun, etc)
But the best of all is that you must pay 3.000 just to be a beta tester for DJI!
You don’t have to just don’t buy or return the drone

I am not a Part 107 yet, so my comment may not be relevant to most. I travel, camp, kayak, and ride an electric bike since I can't hike distances anymore. I found the bag to be an overweight expense unneeded addition to an already overpriced drone. It was the first thing I eliminated and replaces with a good quality padded waterproof case. I also don't have to mess with D-log or color grading anymore due to the great color out of the drone. Just an old guy's opinion who likes natural looking video, not overly brightened by color enhancement.
Zoom on the M3 is not a secret.
These so called secrets have been shown in lots of early videos nearly 1 month ago and the Color Display Assist only exists for the Air 2S !!
You are showing us the Air 2S menu in a video meant for the Mavic 3, really? This is simply Clickbait!

Are you serious man? Everybody knows that unless the buyer is a dumb
#1 is a very misinformation. Mavic 3 bag is a nice design but it's an awful design, it has no padding or foam!!! I've seen people dropping those bags on the ground and ruined their drones and cameras and gears. I broke my 2 motors from dropping the bag down from my waist height.
I really don't like the controller, I really wish they would have gave us the same controller as the Mavic Pro, Mavic Platinum and Mavic 2, this controller is too plain, + you don't have all your information on the controller like the previous controllers. 😠
Yeah, I liked the way the older controller felt, was easier to fly. This newer one is too big and bulky, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a portable drone.
@@brettgaramella I totally agree with you 100%. I don't know what DJI was thinking, but maybe they needed the bigger controller to get the further range out of it, I'm not really sure why they had to make it so big and ugly.
SMH. You lost me when you bragged about how great that ridiculously heavy plastic cheap bag. As soon as I felt how heavy yet cheap it felt I never put the drone back in it.
