My fav food(alfredo) recipe NOT ALLOWED FOR LACTOSE INTOLERANTS. Boil spaghetti or the noodle of your preference. Meanwhile sautee ham and mushrooms with a bit of salt and a lot of garlic powder. Add it to the cooked noodles and mix well. Add cream of your preference and grated parmiggiano (it's parmesan i said parmiggiano to be fancy) Add a bit of salt and pepper if you wish. There you go! Amazing alfredo If you're an italian just boil fettucine, melt butter and add grated REAL parmiggiano to the butter. A LOT.
