1:21 Underrated sad moment. Edit: For those that don't know Star Fox lore, Peppy was close friends with James McCloud. They were members of the original Star Fox team along with Pigma. They were both captured by Andross when Pigma betrayed them leading them into a trap. Peppy barely managed to escape, leaving James behind. It was the last time he was ever seen, ultimately leading to him being pronounced dead. It's the biggest regret of Peppy's life.

The fact that this is accurate to the overall story tells me only two things... Terminal Montage is a star fox fan, and that he can sum up the gist of the relationship between Fox and Crystal in under a minute.
One thing: This is both epic and touching. Especially on the part Peppy looks at a photo of James McCloud and then lies down his head, with a gesture like: "Rest in a very peace, Buddy." and the whole part of Fox with Krystal.
This really resonates with me, when he finds Krystal and shares a brief but beautiful time with her, it’s like the memory of an old relationship, and even if it ended you only remember the good parts because that’s what memories are for, and your friends are always there for you in past and present to be a consistency in an ever-changing life

Something super cool I just noticed. During most of the video, the colors are mainly tinted in red/warm colors. But that is totally replaced by blue when Krystal shows up! It's kinda like how Krysal completely takes over Fox's attention, but also is kinda like how Fox doesn't quite belong in that world. And when Krystal leaves, the world shifts back to that red hue! Really cool use of color!

1:59 My favourite moment For those who don't know much about Star Fox. The blue fox is a girl called Krystal, she appeared in Starfox Adventures (a both loved and hated game). Fox saved her and she joined the team, they quickly fell in love. Unfortunately it wouldn't last long, Fox grew cold, sour and toxic, and fearing he would lose her he kicked her out of the team. This made her resent him profoundly. There is no canon end but in my opinion the best one is where they get together, both leave behind the hate and choose to love instead, and from that love is born a boy called Marcus McCloud.

So in a Stars Wars Tabletop game I play as this lil Bunny Jedi named Peppy Cloudrunner. The way I play him is how I imagine how Peppy was in his younger days. Basically a sarcastic jerk with a heart of gold....except a drunkard. He's not a typical jedi, infact after the order fell in order 66 he decided to start a new Jedi Order. But in our last session his fellow padawan he grew up with was mortally wounded. The player who plays him might quite the game for family issues. So if his character succumbs to his injuries and die I decided to make it like James and Peppy.

I know it's silly, getting emotional over a silly Star Fox animation, but this truly sent me into a trance. I remember watching this in middle school and it's been a year since I graduated high school. My life had been in shambles for a long while but watching this just, sent me back when life was bliss. I can't believe this is the thing that made me cry, when the guy meets the girl and everything is just perfect, but they can't stay together. She drifts away, and that moment where he's just stunned by it resonated with me so hard. That girl that I was with, for that short time she made me so happy like I've never felt before, before we split up and she went back home to Japan. She was absolute perfection to me, and I don't think she realised how she single handedly gave me focus and pulled me out of a very dark time. And that's it, it was so brief but she lit everything up, and then just as suddenly, it was over. This video is my all-time favorite. I wanna know more about Fox's journey, and just walk through the stars with him. This video has made him my favorite character in the whole series because there is so much there, but so much missing. A person of intrigue and mystery. Idk just being sentimental.

Peppy hanging his head to the photo of James Fox Letting go of Krystal Slippy silently encouraging Fox back to the team despite seeming to understand the questions running through Fox's mind. Fox acceptance and moving on so much can be compared to our own lives. We are in a place we barely understand. there is so much wonder and strangeness and confusion in the world. We face our own ups and downs much in the same way. To carry on is key. To keep moving forward. To continue.

Something super cool I just noticed. During most of the video, the colors are mainly tinted in red/warm colors. But that is totally replaced by blue when Krystal shows up! It's kinda like how Krysal completely takes over Fox's attention, but also is kinda like how Fox doesn't quite belong in that world. And when Krystal leaves, the world shifts back to that red hue! Really cool use of color!

For those who don't know much about Star Fox. The blue fox is a girl called Krystal, she appeared in Starfox Adventures (a both loved and hated game). Fox saved her and she joined the team, they quickly fell in love. Unfortunately it wouldn't last long, Fox grew cold, sour and toxic, and fearing he would lose her he kicked her out of the team. This made her resent him profoundly.
There is no canon end but in my opinion the best one is where they get together, both leave behind the hate and choose to love instead, and from that love is born a boy called Marcus McCloud.

So in a Stars Wars Tabletop game I play as this lil Bunny Jedi named Peppy Cloudrunner. The way I play him is how I imagine how Peppy was in his younger days. Basically a sarcastic jerk with a heart of gold....except a drunkard. He's not a typical jedi, infact after the order fell in order 66 he decided to start a new Jedi Order. But in our last session his fellow padawan he grew up with was mortally wounded. The player who plays him might quite the game for family issues. So if his character succumbs to his injuries and die I decided to make it like James and Peppy.

I remember watching this in middle school and it's been a year since I graduated high school. My life had been in shambles for a long while but watching this just, sent me back when life was bliss. it looks like the author itself probably didn't initiate the claim, it was an agency bot, it's supposed to help prevent uploads without permission from getting ad money on it; however, unless it gets an exemption list, it claims anything that sounds like it.
Unfortunately this gets abused by samplers with old popular melodies like Tetris type A, their agencies don't even have an exemption list for the original, so playing the gameboy tetris on YT now will get it claimed by like 1 of 3 remix samplers, it'll just claim a random 10 seconds of the song sometimes.

I can't believe this is the thing that made me cry, when the guy meets the girl and everything is just perfect, but they can't stay together. She drifts away, and that moment where he's just stunned by it resonated with me so hard. That girl that I was with, for that short time she made me so happy like I've never felt before, before we split up and she went back home to Japan. She was absolute perfection to me, and I don't think she realised how she single handedly gave me focus and pulled me out of a very dark time. And that's it, it was so brief but she lit everything up, and then just as suddenly, it was over.
