- Let's find out how the LED light bulb is made. This type of lamp consumes less than 80% of energy than a conventional one.

Plus it lasts up to 10 times longer. Thanks to technological evolution and the scale of manufacture, it has become very cheap and present in everyone's homes.
The LED lamp is composed of the globe or diffuser, which is where the light passes, plastic base, heat sink, made of aluminum, LED chips and electric power driver.
To show you how the lamp is manufactured, we will visit several factories that are part of the production chain. So let's travel to China and India to see the whole process.
Let's start with manufacturing the LED boards. Each LED chip is automatically inserted into the electronic circuit board. Each plate of this makes 35 lamps.
The factory also produces the printed circuit boards for the drivers or supplies that will power the lamp.
Another super important component is the globe or diffuser, which is where the light passes. The machine injects the part and a robotic arm takes it out. The material used is polycarbonate.
To increase the life of the lamp, it is the heat sink. Although the LED light does not emit heat, the chip gets quite hot. The aluminum sheet goes through four stages of cutting, bending and stamping.
The top mat collects the leftover material, while the bottom one receives the heat sinks. We also have a video where we explain exactly how the print is made. I will once again leave the card with the video of this process just above.
As for the LED lamp base, the process is a little different. As the heatsink must be coupled, the injection is done together, and vertically.
The operator inserts the heat sinks into the first carousel mold. In the second stage, the machine injects the plastic base on top of the heatsink, while the operator places the heatsinks in the first stage. Completing the cycle, another operator removes the ready bases.
And to put all the components together, production starts by placing the drivers on the base of the LED lamps.
Then the mat takes the bases for the LED boards to be inserted. Sockets are added soon after. Globes are also placed.
All lamps are tested for about 2 hours before being packed. Once approved, they are finally sent to the next sector. For its identification, the operator prints the mark with pad printing.
It is tested one last time before packaging. Finally, they are packaged for storage.

Parece absurdo
Mas aonde tu viu isso?
