This is a build to be proud of brother. You took an old worn out Honda and turned it into something completely custom and you did it with your own two hands. That thing is awesome!
@@BodeVision Hey bud, thank you for sharing your journey with us. I wish I had done the same thing with the build of my turbo drag Civic, but I didn't because of my ADHD, but I did the best I could with the time I had and I have some subscribers, but I'll never make any money off of my videos because I never expected to when I made them.
lmao its so fun to see how calm your daughter is when the car starts up, really shows how acclimated she is to all of the engine noise and exhaust from being around her car dad - also, super cool build, I wish to do something like this one day
My first car was a 89 accord lx. The amount of work I put into that car, not because it was broken, but because I loved it, is unreal. Many many hours of love spent on that car. This video brought back a lot of memories.
My first car was a third gen and have yet to own a car that feels as fun to drive. I had done an H22A swap, and still regret not keeping that car. Flip-up lights for life!
Came out a masterpiece! I know you said you weren't building a show car you were building it to drive, but you gotta take it to shows. People need to see it!
I have waited for this moment for so long, through everything that you've been through. Every trial and error It's almost like WE achieved it together, but ultimately I know you did everything you could! I guess whatever your next event is I'm going to have to pay a visit
That thing looks soooo good! Missed the louvers! Glad you added the emblems. Almost makes the v8 noises more confusing then no emblem look haha. Also loved your daughter egging you on to go fast before you made it out the driveway! Love to see a first drive sometime soon!
Omg she is going to be a handful when she get older. "Go fast daddy Go fast." Those are the moments that just make you so proud. Nice build too, love it.
Great job Dude! I would've liked to have seen a 1UZ in there instead of the LS, but I get it, availability and simplicity and all that. Looks great, sounds great, super cool seat design, and I'm totally loving how you matched up the fender flares with the trim/guard panels! Looks awesome! Gotta get that thing on a track now and see how she handles.
The 1uz is dead for practical builds. The only good ones are the early ones, and they're so old that you're pretty much going to have to rebuild the whole thing if you want to be able to reliably trust it. As much as you want to believe it, dropping a 30 year old engine into a build isn't a good idea. The 1uz's after the first gen have pencil rods, if you're cool with that fine, but don't ever expect any power above stock, the chance of bending a rod is just way too high. When you HAVE TO buy a set of rods for an engine and get machine work done, it's priced out of reasonability unless your build already has that engine in it
An LS is the smart choice, but if I had to choose another V8 over an LS, I'd first choose a Rover (AKA Buick) or Windsor over that Toyota complication.
Freaking awesome! I always wanted to do this ever since my high school girlfriend had one. I really prefer the look over things like the original 86, or even the starion. Glad to see someone do it.
The car looks STUNNING...!! So much work has gone into it, so many of your own, custom touches... It is just awesome to see and I bet even better to actually DRIVE !!! Fantastic. Or as the English would maybe say: Simply lovely. I'm just extremely jealous. Such an iconic car, to start with and you made it TONS better. Love from a HONDA enthusiast from The Netherlands.
Not to take away from the car but my favorite part is your daughter saying “daddy go fast”! All three of my kids always say the same line when they are in one of “daddy’s fast cars”. You have an awesome car and adorable family. Cherish her while she’s young because before you know it she will be all grown up and too cool to hang out with dad.
Im not a fan of imports, but that turned out pretty damn good. All she needs is a good detail and maybe some new tail lights. That is gonna be a fun toy! Congrats on wrapping it up!
Thanks man! Definitely need a detailed from all of the dust and work that’s been performed. I’ll have it tip top shape before a show in the near future
@Creative Username Here it actually is an import. Just because its ASSEMBLED the states doesnt mean its a domestic vehicle. That being said, some of their turbo charged v6 engines were awesome.
that car is so awesome. ive always looked at it with the race car eyes. but this is wayyy cooler than what i could have ever imagined.... but your daughter stole the show, with her daddy go fast song.... so cute. i remamber when my daughter was her age. a little fairy with wings and wand...... but besides all... super cool idea. well exicuted.... test and tune time... i cant wait
I have throughly enjoyed this build. I’m so happy you got it all completed!!! Growing up my friends and I always thought these accords looked more like a rear wheel drive car and dreamed of how cool it would be to have one as a rear wheel drive. So you have created something that could only be dreams before. That’s something incredibly cool man. Very well done. Thank you.
Seeing how you're having quality time with your adorable daughter in that amazing machine you've built puts a smile on my face That is one amazing accord!
dude hell yeah. I checked in on this car a while ago and tbh i thought it was just another one of those pipe dream builds that would never get finished. Congrats
That is bonkers. Back in 1990 I bought a white with blue interior 1986 Accord hatchback. I still miss that car. Glad to see one still around even if it has been turned into a beast!
from end to end iv been here love how the car turned out in years to come your lil one will see this vid and say to all told you my dad is a G ...ps i send blessing and may your family and you have a great Christmas and your new year be grand Excelsior bro
It's so CRAZY to see that thing driving on the road, you must be so proud. I love the colors, (inside & out) it's the best looking V8 swapped Honda Accord I've ever seen!
This is awesome!!!!! im a 6gen Accord guy but theres 2 things i gotta say. 1st i didnt know accords came as a hatch like this. 2nd omg the sound oddly matches the car in the best way
My first car was a 89 accord hatchback.. loved that thing. I went to college in a snowy area so we lifted it a bit and put some aggressive tires on it. It looked so bad ass and was an absolute blast in the snow.
Yo!!!!!!! Great choice of swap. I don't see any enthusiasts being too offended about this swap. These are so old now that literally anything that keeps it alive is incredible. Looks great too. Wow
Just seems like yesterday people were yelling at you on the internet because you were tearing apart a "perfectly" good GTO 😆... it came out so nice brother congratulations
My first car was an '86 Accord and I later owned a C5 Vette. As a motorcycle rider I've lost interest in modern fast cars, but have been yearning for something weird, raw, and fun to drive - this project speaks to my soul.
First of your videos I've seen. You've come up with something that looks reminiscent of European homologation specials to me. The level of detail to the trim fit is part of what makes it look OEM. Leaving the lights alone was a bit of genius because it looks like an unmolested vehicle from a collector of rarities. Even the seats have a sort of quasi-Italian 70s/80s flair with a superleggera vibe. A thing of beauty.
That is totally something I dig beyond all digging...I have never had my own shop and gravel driveway mechanicing while living in a rental home but wanted to do that to my SER sentra but life has always kept me away from doing much and I just watched some of the work truck Lincoln merge and this one was just incredible I can imagine the looks from those who know that sound and are bewildered..thanks for the fulfilling content
Front to back resto, going from shop to building your own and then finishing the car in there has been fun to watch. Keep being resilient bro, we need more men in the world like you!!
Your kiddo is super cute! Memories like this are my favorites with my daughter! She’s 9 but loves little Hondas and hotrods, she also asked me for a bass guitar for Christmas she wants to play music like her dad!
Yes! That’s what it’s all about! Crazy how they gravitate towards some things and are completely uninterested in others. I tried to get her into bikes, skating, and skateboarding, which is what I loved as a kid and she can care less lol.
This is off topic but I notice how content and happy your little princess is speaks volumes to you as a Man and Father. Respect to you! Cars dope as well, I had an Acura of the same year and body style. As it was she was a fast fun car. But with that LS swap i can only imagine how fun it must drive.
This is a build to be proud of brother. You took an old worn out Honda and turned it into something completely custom and you did it with your own two hands. That thing is awesome!
Well said! Thank you

That ride with the princess brought me back some awesome memories of my daughter and I. #GIRLDAD
What’s that paint color code excellent job..
lmao its so fun to see how calm your daughter is when the car starts up, really shows how acclimated she is to all of the engine noise and exhaust from being around her car dad - also, super cool build, I wish to do something like this one day
Lol so true !
This has to be one the best builds on RUclips. A simple affordable build. Not built in a week.
Great job!
I wondered how much he spent
Impressed, am an Aussie and those GTOs were built down under
My first car was a 89 accord lx. The amount of work I put into that car, not because it was broken, but because I loved it, is unreal. Many many hours of love spent on that car. This video brought back a lot of memories.
Always wanted a 86-89 LXi hatch 5MT but, this takes it to another level. 🤘
What a journey!!!! She will forever be Betty White! 🎉

Something about your kid being on your first ride in it is heartwarming. Great video.

definitely your most wholesome video yet. cherish it forever
That thing looks soooo good! Missed the louvers! Glad you added the emblems. Almost makes the v8 noises more confusing then no emblem look haha. Also loved your daughter egging you on to go fast before you made it out the driveway! Love to see a first drive sometime soon!
the badges back on it are awesome.
You did an amazing job! A 1988 Honda Accord with a V-8 engine. WOW! and still looks like a stock Honda Accord with fender flares. Great job!
Since day 1 baby! And she looks sooooo damn good! AND EVEN BETTER it RUNS GOOD!
Emblems look good on this. I think it makes non car people appreciate it more when they can read what it is.
Omg she is going to be a handful when she get older. "Go fast daddy Go fast." Those are the moments that just make you so proud. Nice build too, love it.
I can still remember the first video of this project and knew this would be completed and very customized as it is now. Great job beautiful build.
Thank you very much!
This is a core memory for your daughter and the best memories for you also. Glad to see everything come together for you man.
No doubt!

@@unlisted9494 I'm trying to imagine weak rods as an insurmountable obstacle.
@John Locke's Ghost or just imagine justifying building a uz over an ls, zero logic.
It's been great watching this build. Thanks for taking the time to bring us along this journey with you. Can't wait for the next project
This is 100% what my daughter would be doing if I was filming. Love the build!
This is the CLEANEST old school Accord. Amazingly perfect build.
Dude, the car turned out amazing! I'm sure it helped having some of that Fairy Magic along the way 😉 Awesome work brother!

It's actually not an import!
While it was engineered by a foreign company, this generation of Accord was only built in the US. Ohio, I think.

So amazing to watch this come to completion. Proud of you man! You can really see the love that went into this. 🙌🖤🙌
this honda build remind me of the 87-89 ford mustang model
I have throughly enjoyed this build. I’m so happy you got it all completed!!!

Thank you so much!! I really do appreciate it and the car is amazing to drive now that it’s “done” it’s been driving as good as I could ever hope
Seeing how you're having quality time with your adorable daughter in that amazing machine you've built puts a smile on my face
That is one amazing accord!
Man i remember seeing you building the trans tunnel long ago, this thing turned out sick. It would be nice to see you rip it around and enjoy it
I’ve already been driving it around town and it’s been nothing but amazing!
Go fast Daddy go Fast! I'm in my 50's I remember those days. Cherish them . They go away quickly.
That little shocked look on your daughters face followed by the big smile at 11:28... priceless!
Man, I love this car. I had a 89 Honda Accord coupe. Lowered it on Sprint springs and Tokicos. It rode like a dream. I miss that car.
Betty has a tan. What a build and journey. Definitely one of a kind.
The accord everyone forgot about. Love this choice to put a swap in!
I like how you respect your daughter’s safety and not do anything crazy while testing the car., nice car!
That thing is badass. My favorite build on RUclips.

Came from DrewPeacock’s video
the tan with the black looks really good. it fits the car perfectly
This is a really great build man, very well executed. Those lap belts though...
For real, needs shoulder straps.
I have dozens of automotive and home projects to finish...this is inspirational, thank you!!
It's so CRAZY to see that thing driving on the road, you must be so proud. I love the colors, (inside & out) it's the best looking V8 swapped Honda Accord I've ever seen!
Beautiful job. I had a 1989 accord and ever since then been a Honda guy.
I love this build. Currently getting parts together for a mid engine j35a cb7. Glad you finally got er done. Now throw turbski on her and dial it in.
This is awesome!!!!! im a 6gen Accord guy but theres 2 things i gotta say.
1st i didnt know accords came as a hatch like this.
2nd omg the sound oddly matches the car in the best way
I always took my kids for rides in my projects.... as grownups they still have those memories.
Best Accord ever. My favorite model of all the years. Great work 👍
One of my favorite early model Hondas. Turned out sick. Respect
As a Honda fan, the car is pretty cool. it will be the hit of any car show you go to.

Yes! The old motor was on its last legs and the car would have been junked if it was just a old shell.
Found your channel when searching "how to rwd swap car" many years back, great to see it done!!

Awesome build! I had that car in college and though the 2.0L DOHC was spunky the LS is supreme!
I’ve only been following recently but want to go check out the whole process from the beginning, truly awesome to see done
I had a '86 accord hatch back that I loved. I always wanted to buy one and convert it to electric. Your build was awesome!
Daddy Daughter Moments.... SWEETNESS OVERLOAD! #Salute
The best
I'm so glad you were able to finish this project. Can't wait to see what the next project is going to be...
She bumps her head, she couldnt be happier, you are truly blessed. Nice burner by the way. Edit : Oops forgot the Fairy Magic.
Love how the accord came out! Can't wait for the next project!
As an owner of an 89 accord, I am amazed at what you did. Hope I can get my car half as decent as yours. Keep going my dude!
You can do it!
Man so cool to see this car complete. Been watching this build since day one.
glad to see you finish it up! It's been a long time coming!
One of the absolute badddddddest units of a car on RUclips!!! Love it man so pumped it’s done! Good job !
It looks and sounds amazing, Adan! A long time coming! I'm glad you've finished it! Way to go!!
I have watched this project since the beginning. Its surreal to see it finished. Looks great! I luv it.
Glad to see Betty White with a tan completed hell of a job and from one dad to another awesome first ride with your daughter bro. 👍👊🏼
This is what being a gearhead is about, thumbs up my dude.
That was an Accord? Wow, we are impressed. Thanks for posting.
So unreal seeing the car fully done, the color, stance, that rumble!! It's not what you'd expect out of it. Head turner fr, love the build.
Couldn't agree more!
It's a good build but the fairy magic is what makes it great.
Man this is the second Honda i have seen with a V8 engine swap. Cool !!
Just stumbled upon this video and reminded me how much I miss my 87 Accord Hatch. Gonna have to go through the whole build and channel. So rad!
Thanks for checking in! Let me know once you’ve watched them and lmk what you think of the process
So Amazing. Congrats on completing your dope custom Accord.
Bro the baddest accord on the planet!!!

So glad to see it done. Looks fantastic. Remember all the videos. Cant believe you got it done. Just fantastic.
Awesome, thank you!
