And this is so late but in the past, I called this kinds of song exactly like others. But when I stayed and really listened to their songs, I fell in love with it. It was full of emotions.
When you listen more than the "screams" you realize that these songs are better than more of the acceptable "no screaming" songs... i love them and their songs so badddddd

I started listening to ATL over Christmas break in December, because my friend kept asking me to as I only listened to pop (and FOB, P!ATD, TDF, Imagine Dragons), and I found A Love Like War. I then listened to King For A Day by PTV and, I admit, I didn't like it because of the screaming. But then I listened to Bulletproof Love and I slowly found myself liking the screaming. I listened to SWS because I saw Kellin in King For A Day and I heard a RUclipsr ( JacobSpeaks ) talking about him and I absolutely loved it. I started listening to BMTH, this past week actually, and Oli's voice mixed with the instrumental is perfect.
i just wanted to say, even though I used to listen to purely pop, I can't go a day without listening to any one of these bands. I really dislike it (dislike because hate is a strong word) when people say that the new fans aren't real fans and I'm glad that I scrolled through these comments and didn't see any comments like that. I'm proud to be listening to post-hardcore, pop punk, punk rock, and reg rock because of the community of people that understand others' problems. :)

its difficult to write with such emotion and then display it in a song as well as Vic does in this song. Beautifully written and perfectly executed. By far one of the greatest this band has created, and will always be my favorite song.

Now you are stuck in an endless circle of re-listening to all P.T.V's songs to remember all the good memories that you had when you were too depressed to realize there was some great times.

Pierce the veil has been my all time favorite since I was 11. I am almost 18 now. I still listen to them so much even though my music taste is so much more versatile now, although for whatever reason I hadn’t heard this song in a few years and even forgot about it. It came on yesterday and I started crying because of how happy I was for myself. I used to listen to this same song and that person I was never would have known that I’d be alive today, let alone listening to the same songs and not suffering anymore. I swear to god I’m gonna change the world ❤️❤️ you can too

Unlike other artists, and bands pierce the veil sounds as amazing live as a recorded track maybe even better live. Seeing them in concert is and will forever be the best day of my entire life.

They have changed my life and it is honestly impossible for me to say that I don't like one of their songs because every single song by them has a great meaning and each one of them, Vic, Jaime, Mike, and Tony, all have wonderful personalities and so much talent. after being a fan of these guys for years ive come to the conclusion that these guys are incapable of making bad music. This is the ONLY band ive ever heard that i have absolutely loved every single song on every single album. There are some amazing bands out there but no band has in my opinion made a flawless album and ptv has managed to make 3. Its not just the music, its their mindset theyre message. I'm going to see them for the 4th time in March and i had the pleasure of meeting them in 2013 and i cann say they are the coolest most energetic guys ive ever met. I cannot wait for their new album

STWOF is my favorite album out of all of them because of Rebel Love Song and Saviour. All of the albums are great though. I can listen to Wretched and Divine all of the way through and it's the same with Black Veil Brides IV.

This takes me back to my sophomore year of high school, where I had just gotten into the alternative music scene, and where I used to annoy the hell out of my marching band mates by blasting the harder songs off Collide With The Sky, as well as many BVB songs, and acting like it was heavy as shit (I know it’s not heavy, but at the time it was the heaviest music I had heard). I’m not really a fan of PTV or BVB anymore, but sometimes you really need a good throwback to awkward times 😂
