I was having problems connecting and it finally gave me the white light feature and after that’s i was able to proceed and now it perfect

Was just setting mine up and the bottom where the power goes was cracked, and there was nowhere to plug the power into. No wonder they were quick to set me up with a replacement device. I looked everywhere to plug it into after I already sent the pictures and had the replacement ordered. Didn't even realize it was missing until afterwards. How in the world did they test it if it didn't have a way to power it on. Very interesting.

Yeah, the connector port is sorta hidden..
