Also another fun fact about this game is if you look up Pine’s backup, Sexy 1 & Sexy 2, on the Space channel 5 fandom Wiki their names are Mimi and Lily. Neat little thing right?
Dreamcast is such a special moment in gaming history, glad someone is doing deep dives into the hidden gems of that era!
So sad to see good things come to an end so early. The few games we did get on the Dreamcast are so unforgettable compared to some things today
Oh by the way fun fact, Jaguar is played by Tom Clarke-Hill in Pt. 2 and Space Channel 5 VR. Many people may actually know Clarke-Hill as Karl Fairburne the main character of the Sniper Elite series

Sexy 1, the blonde haired one, is named Mimi & Sexy 2, the green haired one, is named Lily. Neat right?

I dont comment much but this was fantastic, its crazy you got only less than 200 subs, only a matter of time before the algorithm finds and rewards your content and dedication. Ty as a mega fan of the series this was excellent! I always through Apollo Smile did both the english and Japanese voice acting for part 1 and that was like a thing as it was not very common at the time.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. I’m glad sc5 means as much to you as it does me. I’ve been in love with it ever since my friend showed it to me. And now we have a movie in the works. I’d love to speak on that when it comes out as well. And Apollo smile is such an icon it would have been insane if she voiced both versions of the game.
What a great retrospective on a highly underrated rhythm game!! Been an avid fan of this game since I was a kid yet I learned so many new things (like about Ulala's Japanese VA's identity, or the way the ending of SC5 Part 1 when Jaguar saves Ulala mirrors the intro cutscene of Jaguar saving Ulala as a child. How did that never click when I played these?!)
Your editing was awesome as well and always gave me a chuckle without oversaturating the video and detracting from the core message of this wonderful love letter to a phenomenal franchise, even if the Konami nod made me die a little inside 🤣
I really don't think we've ever gotten a game like Space Channel 5 since, and I don't know if we ever will. It oozes creativity, campiness and funky vibes, so here's hoping the recently announced film ends up being good. Looking forward to more of your videos, no matter the topic!

😂❤️no worries on missing anything, I didn’t really make it a priority to share the vid on social media to make people aware of it. Thank you for watching as well as the constructive criticism chomp. I’m still finding my “voice” when it comes to recording, but I’m happy to say I’m about halfway done with editing my next video and from here on out will be posting videos on a consistent schedule, one which I will also post on social media so you guys will know when to expect content
