I was weighting almost 120 Kg, smoking a pack per day, and drinking almost 3 litres of soda each day. I knew that those prescription were just a patch, but they gave me the time to make the changes I needed in my life. I'm weighting 73 kg now and healthy as I can be at my 46. Knowledge is the key to open all doors.

    • @Tinman69
      @Tinman69 Год назад +2

      Knowledge allows you to find the door. Determination opens the door. That's 'mindset'
      One of the 3 keys of success. The Triangle concept.
      Skill, equipment, mindset.
      Knowledge falls under skill. Determination falls under mindset.
      Theory is that even if someone possesses the best knowledge, information and training. And they have the best available tools necessary to complete a task. If they lack the mindset they'll accomplish nothing.
      If someone has the right mindset, but no tools/equipment or knowledge/skill they'll fail until they have the others and so on.

    • @Lord_Viscerate

      Autonomy? Not sure how autonomy gets anything done. Can you explain?

    • @Lord_Viscerate
      @Lord_Viscerate Год назад

      @@Tinman69
      I would describe autonomy, as an underlining force that moves you forward. It’s less conscious then Ambition. Ambition as i understand it, is the direction you want to move to and autonomy in return, would be the automation of processes, that lead you to that horizon, you chose to move towards. For example when you brush your teeth in the morning, that has to do with the fact, that it’s normal to you, you don’t question it, you might not even pay much attention to it, because you’re so used to doing it. It’s an automated process. I wouldn’t necessarily correlate the difficulty of a task, to the threshold of whats autonomous and whats not, but it might have to do with it, i’m unsure. I’m using laments terms here, but you may be able to have a better picture now. I don’t know if google can provide you with a more precise and insightful answer.

    This is a brilliant clip. It is so true to life for a lot of people.
    Assertions regarding 5 wealth destroying (or toxic) habits - for the retail consumer - which set the path to (often massive) wealth creation for the suppliers and stakeholders of the supply organizations and the dependent supply chain.
    1. Mobile telephone communication infrastructures and peer pressure groups who insist that an individual must place top level priority on "mobile phone servitude".
    2. Pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical distribution facilitators if or when they lead to non-legitimate or unnecessary pharmaceutical consumption habits.
    3. Social media organizations which promote or insist that words must be limited to quips or simplistic reactive responses.
    4. Widespread consumption mindset, to where the consumers ultimately become the product.
    5. Unnecessary distractions aimed at discouraging people from adopting a progressive and constructive "effort for reward" life objective, which does not always need to be money orientated. Many governments are involved in such discouragement tactics, even when talking (often shallow or misleading) words which appear to say the opposite.
    Many of those supporting governments doing this can profit handsomely.

    I dont trust people, when that what they say sounds good. What the most people actually want, when they give you a promise of help is your money :(
