Great demonstration! A helicopter is truly fantastic. I find it fascinating that it's possible to get the wings of a full sized helicopter changing the angle of attack several times per second. The stress on the material has to be enormous!
I'm a RC heli hobbyist, making a working swashplate is not easy. I machined mine , it took several attempts in trial and error , and design changes. Great work

The video and the principle of operation of the helicopter are very good, but what terrible music, it made me angry at the first minute, horrible, I had to see it without Audio. what a waste of talent
I also think about making a mosquito halicopter it's help allot me to design kindly make it and the tail assembly and the macanism of swash plate we are waiting for it

Simply amazing! I love helos and this mechanism really depicts the working magic inside. As I was watching videos without sound because my wife is sleeping by my side, that horrible music many complaint of, wasn't a problem for me. I'm in.

I think there is something wrong with the design: 1.- When moving the collective, the cyclic moves backwards 2.- The cyclic right/left movement is having the opposite effect to what was expected, but it is nice

Superb. And I guess choosing wood for the model was because it's easy to cut. Aluminium sheets too would have been easy to cut. Just in addition with strength and low friction. Anyways, its a good illustration model. Thanks. It was knowledgeable. 👌🤘👍

' oh that nice homemade hobby model helicopter... best suggestion use nylon bolts and nuts because of weightless... not steel bolts - nuts are heavy weight
Nice....Made something similar in college(before RC became affordable).... your cyclic is reversed though.... When you tilt right you would go left and vice versa
After years of interest in helicopters, your wood project just clarified one of my biggest setbacks in building my own helicopter. Thank you
