Your answer to the tracing: That might be his own picture or someone elses but the main thing wasnt about his art skills it was about the ipad and how amazing it is.

Wow, so many people call the owner out for tracing someone else's work when there's no proof whatsoever. The sketch is very messy - who'd even bother tracing over that unless it's your own sketch, maybe she/he wanted to have a point of reference for when they recorded the video to make it easier, or expand upon a quick idea.
Just the fact that there's an extra layer with a sketch underneath means nothing - pretty much all artists trace their lines or clean sketches over their messy ones.

At 0:57, you can see that another layer of a finished piece, so he decrease the opacity of that and traced it. I know this point of the video was all about the pen

Everyone saying that they just copied someone else's drawing because they saw the outline on the tablet, shut up. If you've never drawn on a computer you wouldn't get it. You can sketch an idea before you actually color it. There are such things called *layers* you know. Now, don't start bitching in the comments saying, "But *insert name* they're clearly just tracing!!!!"

I've never seen someone do the schetch after the linework... i don't know what's that about but you can clearely see that he's just tracing a 3rd layer that has the linework already done

Because the person uses Sketchbook Pro for iPad thus the many layers. Sketchbook Express can only have until 3 layers. ^^
You need to upgrade the sketchbook express free to pro. Unfortunately you need to spend money on it😭
