That verse does not pertain to Charismatics or Pentecostals like cessationists and some Calvinists like to claim. They take that verse completely out of context and usually only push exegesis of a passage to win an argument or justify their disdain for other Christians who approach secondary Biblical issues (such as tongues, spiritual gifts, healing, being slain in the Spirit, etc) differently.
