It is 11:09 pm in Costa Rica and I was fortunate enough to let myself experience this in the Jungle. For a recovering alcoholic/child of two alcoholics/grandchild of 5 alcoholics and a trauma/neglect survivor I need daily meditation or I can go to self medication. Thank you.
Dear Tara, everytime I see you and hear you.. I become aware of the abandendness of myself in dificult relationtimes. I used this meditation to fall asleep last night and I'm glad that I did. I read a few of the comments first and almost decided against it as it sounded a bit intense. Well Tara I don't know what it said because I fell asleep instantly and this morning my head feels clear, I feel serene, & completely centered. This is a powerful meditation: I guess it’s timely for me. Letting go of need for achievement, judgment, trying to become. Allowing imperfection in a nurturing environment, without pressure. And what we resist, persists. This meditation is like the illuminating light on that notion. So necessary; so powerful. 💝

Tara, when you clasp your hands together, and bow your head. I wondered are you giving a blessing? Or a Thank you to the Universe, are you saying inwardly Namaste? I love that peaceful feeling of the hands clasped and I feel like it is a special part of meditation. Thank you.
I have no doubt about the value of acceptance, but I still find really difficult to match the full acceptance of everything that is with ambitions, visualisations, goals and life purposes, that are themselves something fundamental in everyone's life. How is it possible to fully accept what is and at the same time have strong intentions about how you want things to be. Who else have ever struggled with this?
This is a way to improve the relationship with the objective world and strive for freedom by transforming the subjective world. Its core is to transform knowledge into wisdom. Consciousness-only thinking uses eight consciousnesses to explain the structure of mind consciousness. The main function of the first six consciousnesses is cognition; the seventh and last consciousness is also called ego consciousness, which is the source of all troubles, so this consciousness answers the fundamental question of life and death in reincarnation. The eighth alaya is the mind body. It is the reason for the existence of life, the source of the continuous karmic cycle, and the source of the realization of the world’s dharmas, because the alaya is a kilesas, and the all dhammas manifested by it are also vain. You persist in feeling driven by inner peace,living environment does not indeed relied on signs.
