I wasn't interested in rock music before but Divide got me into it. It's funny when a community makes music about something a lot of us enjoy(anime) and then we get caught up in the mix.
I feel like the reason Divide is SO damn good is because he sticks to what he is good at and doesn't overextend. Also, he is EXTREMELY good at expressing emotion through his music. He truly understands emotion, storytelling, and people. That is why I love his music personally. I feel like that is the reason his music hits super hard.
One of my personal favorite songs from Divide is “Goat Sin.” I was hesitant to watch it at first since I knew nothing about Seven Deadly Sins, but I ended up watching it from recommendation and god, it’s just good music. I didn’t need to know even a little bit of the show to enjoy the song to the full extend. And then the added bonus when I actually did watch Deadly Sins and understanding the hidden meaning, UGH. So good. Anyway, yeah, that’s my recommendation.
