    Where can I get the recipe? On the video it does not say how many egg whites or if it needs to be cold egg whites or room temperature?

    Do you have a recipe for nut free sugar free macarons? My sister loves coconut but can’t have sugar and I would love to make something for her.
    Love your videos!

      I don’t sadly. Unfortunately substitute sugars don’t result in a macaron with “feet”…at least I haven’t had success yet.

    That’s confusing, coconut is not a nut but it is a fruit….aka as a drupe! You learn something every day! Thanks Nicole…

      😂 I know! It is confusing. Some who are allergic to nuts also have sensitivities to coconut, but not all.

    I'd like to point out that coconuts are still technically classified as tree nuts by the FDA, even though they are not really true nuts... LoL
    Great work, though, and thank you for the video 😊

    U r amazing.. u r always giving us the ease after ur hard work x
    It may be too much to ask for but could u do a video where u purposely under or over whip meringue and what happens when u under or over mix the batter. I know its alot. But u r so amazing at what u do and explain so nicely for dummies like me. X

      Hi Nicole I wanna ask what to do when using no rest method to get bigger feet? I've tried many times but keep getting tiny feet x

    • @baketoujours
      @baketoujours  2 года назад +1

      @@Afy.B so small feet are typical of no rest. A couple things you could try would be turning up the oven temp a bit and/or macaronaging a little less.
