That's a bit of a common fallacy, there's no rule saying you can't stop during the run up to a penalty - just can't stop at the END of the run up or pretend to kick the ball
Incorrect. Havertz didn't violate any actual rules. I agree that not having rules against this kind of stutter-step is stupid, but Havertz did nothing wrong (and one could argue that he took the penalty in a very clever way - even though it's annoying that this is even allowed).
Been trying this for a few weeks, and I've one very, very obvious suggestion. More Brassell please, and way less Moore.......
