I have a fuse tool and I must admit that it was a very neglected tool but you have inspired me to use it again! These look really cool and I am inspired to make and send some happy mail!
Kayla Renee same here I don't think I even took it out of it's package yet
Cute tags :) I find popping the fuse in a coffee cup stops it rolling around & reduces the chance of you burning yourself trying to catch it (ask me how I know that..lol) I also find fusing on a piece l chipboard works perfectly. Even tho it's not heat resistant I've never had any issues. It has a slight bit of give so I find the fused seam holds better. I made some bookmarks for Em to give to her school friends, who loved them. How much fun is the fuse!
I don't have a fuse tool but I found a woodburning tool sitting unused and it works perfectly for this. In the US our cheap shops are called Dollar Stores some of them everything is a dollar and some of them are a dollar and up but we still tend to call them all the dollar store. I love these I've been inspired to adapt this to another project.
in the US our cheap stores are called The Dollar tree or .99 cent store.😄
In the US, we have Dollar Stores, and Dollar Tree stores. Love the pouches!
Dollar stores. I have had a fuse for a while now I will make some shaker pouches. Thanks for the idea. Cute. Always, Lin be well and safe.
I bought a hand built clay pot from a second hand shop to use as a stand. It's funky and wonderful--and I'm far less likely to have accidents.
I really enjoyed your shape sequins shaker cards. Clever to seal it twice.
My 4yo Edward just loved this! He asked if we had the things to make something like these little tags :)
Glad to see that I wasn't the only person who couldn't work out how the use the stand. Thankfully my husband had an old soldering iron stand which he gave me. So much better and more secure especially when you have a messy desk like mine. Very cool shakers...what a great idea! Loving the June marathon.
I love your voice and laugh 😂💕 thank you so much for this amazing tutorial
I wish we lived closer. So we could be friends. I really enjoy your videos. I watch them all. You are so creative and inspirational. Thanks for sharing.
Love this video!! I agree the longer it heats the better !
We here in the East Coast of America has Family Dollar, Dollar General, and Dollar Tree
this is why you have so many subscribers now.. you are always so creative and do stuff that I never see somewhere else! the only other person who amaze me all the time inventing cute creative things is Heidi Swapp! both of you always come up with new things I never would have thought of! :) thanks!!
I'm new to fusing plastic (I use a wood burning tool), I adore those little tags!!! Great video 😘
Great video I love how candid you are and the extra tips you give for using the tool!
hi Adele when using it put it down in a coffee mug that's what I do. love the tags
Cindy Ullman ... I use an old jelly jar ... I didn't like the stand! ☺️
Great tip!! 👏
Glad to find an Aussie and have the shops that you talk about so I can buy the items😁
Love this! In Texas, USA, we call those cheapy stores Dollar Stores
Great idea! I have used my fuse for my photo pockets as well. I have also made shaker cards with it, so much easier than the old way. I have made small shaker pockets for my planner! Now I will make some of those tags!!! A tip : for holding your fuse when in use, place it in a glass mug. That way it can't roll or burn anything, it is stable, and it's easy to put in and take out when you are working on your project! I own a mini iron for fusing fabric and that's how us sewers deal with that hot iron! Loving your videos! Oh, and where I am in MD we have a chain of stores called Dollar Tree and everything truly is one dollar!!! They are fabulous!!!!
Thank you for these great ideas!!!💕💕💕💕💕
Super cute idea. I love this. With winter coming, the are a bunch of birthdays in my family along with the Christmas holidays!
Here in Texas we have the dollar store where things may or may not be a dollar. We also have dollar tree where everything is a dollar. Loved this video just got a fuse tool in November.
super adorable and cute shaped, shaker tags!! love them!
I like the WRMK fuse mat with my fuse tool because it has a built in holster to pop your hot tool into when you're not using it. :-)
Brilliant idea to make two seams! Love the tags, just adorable!
These tags are soooo adorable!! I haven't bought a fuse tool yet, because I didn't think I'd use it enough...but these tags may put me over the edge!! I went to a Creaing Keepsakes convention and tried the fuse tool there - they had the WRMK silicone mats with the holster and they worked great for holding the tool when not in use and for a surface to fuse on. Thanks for another awesome video!!
Cute idea. I brought this tool in August and still haven't used it . I. Am kinda afraid too lol but loving all these tags may try for Christmas
great ideas- I am always on the lookout for projects to make using the fuse tool - need to make the most of the tools I have spent my $$$ s on...would love to see more of your ideas...
I love your ideas, thank you❤️
What a great idea to use those pockets!
Very handy hints for us. 👍🏼 Loved your friendly voice, too. 💕
Looks really a lot of fun. I'll have to try this. Thanks for sharing. :)
I'm in the US & use the fuse tool & have had the same problems. great ideas!
I call my fuse my handheld laminator and sequins can be so expensive that I faint at the register. I love your shaped ones. Just found your channel LOVE ❤️ IT. And that triangle for the hole was a MASTER stroke soooo pretty🙂
you are right, yours looks different from mine, mine has like a ring that creates a slot for the metal part of the holder to rest on. Love your number pockets.
Love your video and energy. Waiting on my fuse tool to arrive
Really lovely projects!
WOW...LOVE IT...SO SO PRETTYYYYY..THANK YOU FOR SHARING...👌👌👌👌👌💖💖💖💖
Love it! I thought the set it was expensive but is not
I did Christmas ones for my Dec album, they were so cute! Which reminds me I need to get that finished lol! And the £ used to be a note but now it's a coin :)
Your handwriting is very nice!
Love this video. In the UK mainland the pound is a coin. In the channel islands is a note x
I'm from Canada and we call it a dollar store, but of course, most things aren't only a dollar. :) Love the video! Thanks for sharing!! xo
I love these tags! I send snail mail to grandchildren and I can't wait to make these to send. Tip: sharpen your hole punch by punching a few holes in aluminum foil. thank you for sharing your tags.
Ooh so happy I found your video just bought a fuse today. Love your presentation... you crack me up!
US we have dollar stores or the franchise is Dollar Tree. When I was a little kid we had the 5 and Dime store. FOMO! Love it. Going to use that from now on. That's me for sure. Have a pile of things of acquired and haven't used yet.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who struggles to get enough pressure when using the ruler "properly"!
So whimsy, I love it.
Thanks for the demo! Enjoyed it very much.
Thank you for sharing! It looks really cute.
Can't wait to use mine
Just found your channel. Love the tags they are gorgeous! I'm going to give it a try tomorrow. Have a wonderful night.
So awesome can't wait to try...I've only done two and one did fall apart 🙃 thanks for the great tips!!!
Great ideas Adele. I still haven't tried out my fuse tool! Definitely have to get it out now xx
Love this project! Awesome tip to use the paper for a funnel! Definitely going to try my hand at making some! Thanks for sharing! :-)
That is freakin adorable!!! Thanks so much for all your instructions. You really helped me a lot.
Adele, I love your scripty font writing, can you do a video how to do - pretty please, love the little rabbit girl
I have the American version of the tool. It has an extra darker gray ridge around the top of the handle where it "sits" in the stand. However, the stand is so flimsy that it still falls out of it. I think it's a waste too! I bought a soldering iron stand off Amazon for about $5 and it holds it nicely!!
Hi Adele- I bought the fuse tool from scrapbook.com (US online store) completely forgetting that I would need an adapter to use it. I was all excited to try and make my first shaker pocket the other day and obviously couldn't plug the thing in. lol- I will have to buy a US adapter from a travel store. Love the tag idea- they will look so pretty on a gift xo
I did the same with a wood burning tool from SC, it is possible to get an electrician to swap the plug out so you don't always need the adaptor.
I love this! I have this tool, but I didn't like how the seems came open. Thanks for the handy tips!
I agree about the kick stand! Super cute!
I use a glitter funnel tray. low sides with a rounded corner to pour from
You are brilliant!! Love this idea!!
Thank you so much for these tips! I too have a fuse tool and was having problems with my fused items not staying sealed. I was getting ready to give up on this! Someday when you decide to make stamps of words in your script font, please let me know. I love your writing.
Lol! I always find black dog hair from my fur baby on my projects!
So lovely! It turned out very cute tfs 😊
New find,,,love your video...We call them Dollars Stores here in Delaware and other states
Thanks for the fun tutorial. In Canada we call them dollar stores or at least where I live but most things are more then a dollar.
so nice! I just got a fuse tool and I am so making some of these soon :)
Before you add your sequins & glitter, wipe inside with a dryer sheet!
I just got my fuse today, but after watching some videos, I was wondering if this was the solution to static
Thank you, I learn something new today.....
Love your accent, video and your a hoot.
Greetings from Scotland x
The stand is just like the one in the USA. On another video, a person talked about getting a soldering gun stand in place of the little one that you have. Hoping to find one today and see if it's a good suggestion.
Love them, I'm going to try! You tell about it in such a funny way😂 let's go for my own disaster. In holland we have a cheap store called action.
I was thinking along the same lines for shapes! Use a template or a small thin die like a circle or a star, heart, those file o sex dies from heidi etc. to make a shape and fill them up with yummies. I was thinking that banner letter maker from WRMK and making a birthday banner! how cool would that be! I love the little details you added to your shakers, those cabochons from your bowl so cute!
Totally freaking adorable, thank you for freaking sharing. Lol bye for now . Oh , I am freaking new to your channel.
Buy your sequins on ebay! We have Dollar Tree stores in the U.S. Everything is $1.00. I'm glad I found your channel. I love how you laugh at yourself!
Here in the US we have either a dollar store (the stuff there is a Dollar, lol) or thrift stores, where the stuff is either donated or leftovers from stores clearance sections. So glad you learned how to use your stand, that hot thing makes me nervous, which i why i dont have one!! (I'm also afraid of hot glue guns. BAD experience.) BTW, Cute pockers too!!!
TFS!! Love your ideas!
I know this video is 2 years old. I just stated to watch toYOU Tube videos to inspire me. I bought mines at Tuesday's Morning for $9.00. Very happy I have waited for a good price. But Any ways back your tutorial. I noticed that when you were showing the tool in @2.20 I noticed there's a little piece missing to your tool. That's why it couldn't sit on it's on its tray. A circular disk was missing from tool to help it sit. But I know is was two years ago. .. LOL
thanks for the honest opinion. I can now see myself using it for tags.
Great project. Love it!
So cute.
Wow, your scissors are GIANT lol. Great projects thank you and I will definitely be using my Fuse tool rather than storing it still in its packaging. 👍🏻👍🏻
Great tutorial! I need to get mine out and give it a try! TFS Rosemarie
Thanks for sharing, great. Tips 😉
I love it 😍
Great tutorial! New subscriber☆
I have one and you're right, mine is still in the packaging! I am inspired i heard that you use anti static tool it is supposed to keep glitter from sticking. Your shakers are very pretty!
Please show us how you do the curved lines neatly! ;)
LOVE your channel!!
We have Dollar Store, Dollar General, as well as many other stores like Hobby Lobby, Tuesday Morning, Michael's, etc. here in U.S.
Oh je vais me faire un porte-clés merci 🤩
i saw ur video today. u do wonderful work!! i love everything I've seen!!
i thot maybe if u decorate a tin can, u can put ur fuse tool in it. u can keep it close by.
also here in the states we have "dollar" stores, or dollar tree.
u have made me turn my thoughts to project life, now. lol
thank you for sharing ur wonderful videos. and the bunnies are to die for!!! :) 💝
My fuse tool cost me an arm and a leg and I hardly use it. I'm viewing tutorials to inspire me. Thanks for the inspiration.
Way too cute!
Genial!! Me gusto..saludos desde Chile❤👍😉
So cool!! Thanks
OMG I love this idea!!! You are brilliant Adele! I live the bunny resin piece, do you remember where you got it?
She gets a lot of those cute things off Etsy so I'd look there first.
Have you thought about hot gluing your stand to the tool? Just bought the American version on Amazon and sent to me in the UK. Their model had a metal ring that catches in the kick stand so holds it very well. No idea why the company made 2 different models...?
We have Poundland here. £1 is a coin. Thanks for the video, I like your humour.
I have the project life version and the wheel does not turn! So I ordered the weR fuse tips in hopes it will work. Super cute flag shape shakers!
