new bass harpa

Mostly finished with this one and getting used to playing it. I'll probably move the bass string to the middle again soon. Cherry with western red cedar soundboard, laser engraved tailpiece and soundboard. Finished with dewaxed shellac and some matte polycyclic. It's using cheap D'Addario prelude 1/4 scale cello strings with bass tuners. Playing it more like a cello than a talharpa here. Sounds good for recording outside outside excluding some poor bowing!

Thank you. I built this one around 1/4 scale cello strings so the scale length is around 21.5" I usually tune around c2 g2 c3 but this one is playable down to a B and up to D before it starts getting funky.
