same here! at least not in the SH aspect anymore, but my tummy scars from an odd injury are still visible
I was born with horribly cystic acne which left deep and untreatable scars all along my arms, shoulders and back (with a bunch on my face) and I've always felt so ugly but listening to this made me cry really hard, even though this will never happen to me I'm so glad I get to experience it even if it is fake thank you so much

One of my best friends seen my scars and said that I look like a tiger - it made me feel so much better about them.. She traced over them, mesmerized by them. I never seen what she seen in them, but she made me feel better about them

I have some very ugly scars on my right arm and side of my neck thanks to a stupid stunt I pulled with my friends a few years back. Long sleeve shirts and turtlenecks are my regular clothes, otherwise I feel anxious and exposed. I know my insecurities won't magically disappear, but my heart feels lighter with this video. Thank you so much, Sunny. Beautiful as always.

I got scars, but the fact that I think I sprained my ankle cuz of volleyball practice makes this audio so much better to listen to
Edit: I went to the hospital. It's sprained and they gave me crutches so I'm not gonna be able to play in any of the games this week. Then, I have a follow-up appointment in 2 days

@@zidgelT Im good for the most part cuz im back to playing but i need ankle braces. Cuz I'm pretty sure i have weak ankles so I just wear a medical ankle brace when I practice til i get my new ones. Even tho I still haven't been to my follow up. But I've been benched all season and I've got to work harder cuz im not as good as i used to be. Thanks for asking though and i hope you're doing good too.

As a Trans-Man who has Body Dysphoria, this was really comforting ❤️ (although I understand that this audio wasn’t exactly aimed to do so, as it was primary focused on scars.)
The little details you added about the listener’s stretch marks were very comforting as well. I’ve always felt
self-conscious about mine, and that little detail also made me feel a little better about them.
And the “kiss attack” was the icing on the cake! I literally started freaking out and squealing when I listened to that bit for the first time.
That bit was absolutely adorable 💕

have scars on my body because of sh and all that stuff, as of late i have been clean for almost a year and have been feeling insecure about my scars as it is summer and shorts are my only optionas someone who doesnt deal with heat well because of sensory issues and all that, and this audio has really helped me ive over the last few months ive learnd to love them, i dont look at them as an imperfection, i look at them as a sign that im healing, a trophy if you will. im so incredibly happy that channels like yours exist, your body positivity audios help me out a lot, thank you for creating these audios ❤

I am one year clean today😎😀 and this video helped come back from a particularly bad time and I just wanna say that I you for making this.
Hopefully, this year I will be getting my top surgery (🤞🏼😪) but I just KNOW the scars will be a big source of insecurity for me. This is nice to hear, and I'll likely be playing it again while I'm recovering and afterwards.... It's also nice to apply this to my SH scars and even my stretch marks too. 😊❤

The comment about the strech marks looking like vines always makes me so happy bc when i was younger and saw them on someone i remember thinking they looked like seaweed and the person looks like an ocean and its one of my favorite memories ☺️☺️

as someone who has a big scar (on my chest) from multiple open-heart surgeries, this video makes me feel better a bit better about it and makes me wanna get more into ✨ scar care ✨
I have adhd and things I would do to distract myself or deal with anxiety was the pick at my skin. I would and still pick at a certain spot that bothered me wherever it was like a small bump or a scar and I would pick at it until it ripped the skin and bled. Then I would sit there and have to wipe away the blood. Sometimes I would go back to that spot later if it was bothering me again. I did that all my life and have all these circle scars up my arms and on my knees and legs. My face and leg ones are barely visible but my arms and back are still there. I feel like a freak with them and I feel that no one would like my skin because of them. It also didn’t help when my hair fell out and my eyelashes. They grew back of course, just a little different, but It made my insecurities worsen. Now I try not to pick but I still do. This video really gave me a different perspective on my scars and made me feel better about them. I really needed that.

I have a really small facial scar and scars from various dumb things I did as a kid but I sometimes feel really self conscious about them and I know this video probably wasn’t intended for my scars (as in how I got them) and they’re probably meant for top surgery scars but it made me feel better so thank you ❤

I know I'm extremely late to the party but I only stumbled across your channel today and when I say that it's goddamn therapeutic, I mean it. I've got a massive scar along my back from surgery which I've never hated per se, but I despise revealing it to anyone. I like to imagine someone else can love it, considering my parents are very... against it. It's a sensitive yet very numb area... What a heartwarming feeling it is to hear words I could only dream of hearing. This audio sends tingles along the remainder of my spine that actually has sensation haha
