ABOUT THE GOOD PLACE
From Michael Schur, executive producer of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" and "Parks and Recreation," comes a smart, unique new comedy that follows Eleanor Shellstrop (Kristen Bell, "House of Lies," "Veronica Mars"), an ordinary woman who, through an extraordinary string of events, enters the afterlife where she comes to realize that she hasn't been a very good person. Mindy is underrated. She's basically been stuck in purgatory for 30 years with no one to talk to and when she finally *does* get someone to talk to she has to listen to them talk about basically the same things over and over again and she only gets mildly annoyed by it.

*spoilers* Yeah, all things considered, she seems way more well-adjusted and sane than the people in the Good Place, pre-door
I agree, though I think she was more than mildly annoyed by it. I think it frustrated her a lot which shows how she was willing to put up with it to help them and that she has changed without realizing it.
She’s also the best person to have died in the last 500 years, technically. She’s the only one who got enough points to not go to the Bad Place.
You know what, for someone that's had to spend 30 years entirely on her own she's actually surprisingly sane
Actually it's a lot longer considering you add the 100's of years everyone did from all the resets.

Eleanor’s willingness to watch Canonball Run 2 so easily is such an underrated joke
Now, it's covered because their memories were erased after the reboot, but Eleanor actually says, "I love you" to Chidi in the first season right before she admits that she is a mistake in the neighborhood.

That Stone Cold reference is really underrated
If you realise how the time works in good place than, mindy has been alone for 30 years when they were 1st rebooted and than for 300 more year when they were rebooted 800 times, so in this episode she has been alone for 330 years, woahh I am surprised that she can talk and act sane

Medium place logic, Mindy is a coke-snorting lawyer of the 80's, so in true mediocrity she has a lovely house fully furnished with every of the best from the decade prior, thus its a 70's up-to-date home that is just frustratingly out of date for someone from the 80's.

what show did you watch in season 1, cause the sparks were there the whole time. hell them being made soulmates in the first season kinda gave the idea that they were to end up together eventually until we discovered it was all a lie and then vicky showed up, and tahani fell for chidi and then it all go confusing.
